The purpose of this Community Service activity is to introduce the concept of Planet, People and Profit in business management management at UKM Batik Blimbing Malang. This Community Service Activity is carried out in the implementation of this activity divided into 2 (two) stages including a preliminary survey in the form of observations and interviews. From the results of observations and interviews. After that, the implementation was carried out on March 27, 2021. The activities were carried out using lecture and question and answer methods. UKM Batik Blimbing Malang has actually implemented the concept of Planet, People and Profit but has not yet known the terms in detail in the concept. The implementation of this PKM can help make it easier to introduce products by combining the uniqueness of batik and the 3P concept    

This PPM is held to reformulate the determination of the basic water tariff on the clean water management unit that is part of BUMDes Desa Wringinsongo, a method used with a qualitative approach where the team identifies the problem of the partner, then determines the objectives, reformulates and implements the partner. PPM results recommend the use of water account applications as well as admin fee of Rp.1000  

Pembelajaran interaktif dengan memanfaatkan fitur live-streaming dengan Zoom untuk guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah NU Putri kota Malang bertujuan mengasah skill guru untuk mengakomdasi aktivitas pembelajaran daring yang interaktif. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini diawali dengan analisa kebutuhan mitra, observasi dan pengajuan solusi, pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Permasalahan yang ada di MI NU Putri kota Malang adalah belum meratanya penggunaan teknologi oleh guru yang menunjang pembelajaran daring. Pelatihan untuk guru dengan memanfaatkan live streaming Zoom menjadi solusi yang diajukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan pada mitra. Pelatihan ini bersifat peningkatan kemampuan guru untuk menunjang pembelajaran daring. Sesi pelatihan dilaksanakan untuk semua guru di MI NU Putri kota Malang. Kegiatan pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat mengembangkan teknik mengajar yang menarik minat siswa dengan memanfaatkan teknologi. Sehingga nantinya tercipta pembelajaran yang interaktif dan efisien. Manfaat lain dari pelatihan ini nantinya guru juga bisa menggunakan fitur live streaming Zoom untuk menunjang aktivitas selain pembelajaran, seperti workshop ataupun seminar yang bisa diadakan secara hybrid (luring dan daring).

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding whether profitability is affected by musyarakah, mudharabah, and leasing/ijarah financing. Multiple linear regression analysis was used as the method. Seven Islamic Commercial Banks that have consistently registered with the OJK during 2016-2020 are the samples in this study. Research shows that mudharabah contributes to the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks, while musyarakah and leasing/ijarah do not trigger an increase in profitability. This reason is because musyarakah distribution has not yet reached the maximum stage, while special ijarah financing for leasing is relatively small used by customers. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh bukti empiris terkait apakah profitabilitas dipengaruhi oleh pembiayaan musyarakah, mudharabah, dan pembiayaan sewa/ijarah. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan sebagai metode. Tujuh Bank Umum Syariah yang telah terdaftar di OJK secara konsisten selama 2016-2020 menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini. Penelitian menunjukan mudharabah berkontribusi terhadap profitabilitas Bank Umum Syariah, sedangkan musyarakah dan sewa/ijarah tidak memicu peningkatan profitabilitas. Alasan ini dikarenakan penyaluran musyarakah belum mencapai tahap maksimal sedangkan pembiayaan ijarah khusus untuk leasing yang relatif kecil dipergunakan oleh nasabah.
