Many people believe that existing companies in the field of application are the product of Western civilization and are seen as evidence of their progress and this belief is wrong for many Islamic countries to convey them in bulk and to apply them without any scrutiny or development that is appropriate to the Islamic society.The company launches, among other things: 1) mixing of funds, 2) mixing of partners' business. The contract that creates this transaction is called because it is confused and this is the most used by the scholars.This research is concerned in highlighting companies in Islam, focusing on their own aspects, and indicating the most important differences between them and the developing companies.

On the other hand, the demand of objectivity as the basic of islamic worshiping is a necessity. The oath enacted against the moon lunar sighting is the only way to assess the objectivity of the witness. Witness in the testimony of sighting the crescent moon must meet some requirements. But what often happens in the field is that there is rarely any assessment of the witness whether it meets the requirements or not. Assessing the honesty and fairness of a witness is not easy. So the development of science and technology is expected to be able to improve the objectivity of sighting the crescent moon, so the results can be accounted for by islamic law and science. Optical and digital imaging technology is one of the bids to increase the objectivity of sighting the crescent moon.

Abstract:The process of determining the beginning of the lunar month based on syahadah rukyatulhilal often contains an element of subjectivity to witnesses which can only be confirmed by oath before a judge. Technological developments are expected to increase the objectivity of the process of syahadah rukyatulhilal by attaching the hilal image generated from Astro digital imaging. This study explains the importance of a new rukyatulhilal model based on digital data as witness reinforcement in the process of syahadah rukyatulhilal. By using a scientific and a fiqhiyah approach, research shows that developing a digital data-based rukyatulhilal model is significant in avoiding the subjectivity of the process and its results. This is following the spirit exemplified by the Prophet and the fuqaha' in accepting rukyatulhilal testimony by avoiding things that raise doubts. Using image evidence from astro digital imaging to corroborate rukyatulhilal's testimony does not violate fiqh, even the status of image as evidence is the same as witness status.Keywords: astro digital imaging; image processing; syahadah rukyatulhilal.Abstrak:Proses penentuan awal bulan qamariah yang didasarkan syahadah rukyatulhilal sering kali mengandung unsur subjektifitas pada saksi yang  hanya bisa dikonfirmasi dengan sumpah di depan hakim. Perkembangan teknologi diharapkan bisa meningkatkan objektifitas proses syahadah rukyatulhilal dengan lampiran citra hilal yang dihasilkan dari astro digital imaging (pencitraan digital pada objek astronomi). Penelitian ini memaparkan pentingnya model baru rukyatulhilal yang berbasis data digitalsebagai penguat saksi dalam proses syahadah rukyatulhilal. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan sains dan pendekatan fiqhiyah, penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan model rukyatulhilal yang berbasis data digital sangat penting dilakukan dalam rangka menepis subjektifitas proses dan hasilnya. Hal ini sesuai dengan semangat yang dicontohkan oleh Nabi dan fuqaha’ dalam menerima kesaksian rukyatulhilal dengan menghindari hal-hal yang menimbulkan keraguan. Penggunaan bukti citra dari astro digital imaginguntuk menguatkan kesaksian rukyatulhilal tidak menyalahi fikih, bahkan status bukti citra itu sama dengan status saksi.Kata Kunci: astro digital imaging; image processing; syahadah rukyatulhilal

Freedom of communication provides opportunities for cyber media on the news coverage of diversity to public. The government laws and regulations as well as news ethics become references when carrying out urban functions. However, media owners can impose additional limits on journalists for the continuity of cyber media operations. In accordance with the social function of cyber media in providing information to the public, the news coverage of cyber media must continue to carry out the diversity that society expects. Therefore, there are two aspects that the cyber media must implement. Firstly, it bases on media policies as well as media laws and regulations. Secondly, the cyber media carries out the news coverage of diversity precisely and carefully. The research purpose aims to describe the news coverage policy of cyber media and the news coverage of diversity in the regional level. It uses qualitative research methods. Data collection comes from informants who were determined purposively. The research results show that cyber media policy in the news coverage of diversity for the sake of cyber media operational sustainability, and the news coverage of diversity prioritizes the neutrality and independence of the news coverage.
