This study aims analyze the potential of attractions in Madura to become sharia tourism destinations. Next will measure the level of community readiness and development strategies for Islamic tourism in Madura. To analyze the potential of sharia tourism objects, they use observational analysis and public perceptions about the suitability of tourism objects with sharia tourism. As for the analysis of the development of Islamic tourism on the island of Madura using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. The results showed that, Madura has the potential to become a sharia tourist destination, because has a potential tourist attraction to be developed into an Islamic tourist attraction. Second , the Madurese people already have an understanding of sharia tourism, this will be a big capital for Madura to become sharia tourism destinations in Indonesia. Citizen Branding Strategy can be a top priority in efforts to develop Islamic tourism on the island of Madura.

The main objective of this research is to analyze the business feasibility of a halal tourism destination in Madura, exclusively Lon Malang Beach. The analysis includes technical, social economic, and financial feasibility study. The financial analytical method used in this study is Investment Feasibility Analysis includes Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), and Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR). The investment feasibility analysis is used to determine the level of return-on-investment alternatives, assess investment alternatives, and determine priorities for investment, thus avoiding investments that only waste resources. The measurement results show that the Payback Period (PP) is in the 9th year, which means that in 9 years, this project will have a return on investment. NPV values greater than 0 and BCR of more than 2 indicate that the Lon Malang tourism development project is feasible. This research is the first research to bring ideas about a feasibility study in halal tourism sectors. This research enriches the knowledge and research on feasibility studies of halal tourism sectors. This research is said to bring important information in decision-making, especially to improve the business and guide the decision-making of investors and government parties, especially in Madura Regency.

Artikel ini mengkaji unsur-unsur lokalitas yang termuat dalam terjemahan Tafsir al-Jalalain bahasa Madura karya Abdul Majid Tamim. Dengan menggunakan teori hermeneutika Gadamer, kajian ini menemukan unsur-unsur lokalitas baik dari aspek penulisan, metode penerjemahan, ataupun kandungan yang diangkat. Dari segi penulisan, karya ini menggunakan bahasa Madura huruf pegon dan makna gandhul yang mencerminkan bahwa penulisnya adalah perawat tradisi pesantren. Metode terjemahannya memakai model tarjamah harfiyyah dan juga tarjamah tafsiriyyah. Majid Tamim cukup responsif terhadap persoalan-persoalan sosial di sekitarnya. Di antara yang disinggung adalah budaya carok, pembayaran fidiah dengan beras, dan pentingnya mempertahankan tradisi pesantren. Unsur-unsur lokalitas tersebut terbentuk akibat adanya dialog antara Majid Tamim dengan teks-teks keagamaan yang menjadi rujukannya di satu sisi, serta dialognya dengan warisan bahasa, sistem religi dan nilai-nilai sosial-budaya Madura yang melingkupinya di sisi yang lain. Terjemahan ini juga membuktikan adanya pengaruh jaringan ulama pesantren di Jawa-Madura yang terhubung dengan Timur Tengah. Kata kunci: lokalitas, Tafsir al-Jalalain, Majid Tamim, Madura.

One way to minimize national logistics costs is to develop multimodal transportation. The steps for multimodal development are forming a linear model for each transportation mode, the simultaneous formation of a linear model, and forecasting and simulation of the minimum transportation costs. Area partition based on distance can be used as a solution for selecting transportation modes in multimodal with a certain distance. It can be useful in reducing transportation costs that only rely on unimodal, namely trucks. The estimation of reducing logistics costs is by forecasting goods that will pass through transportation modes in 2025 and making the simulation. Train or truck is used for short distances such as moving goods from factories or warehouses to transhipment points and from transhipment points to consumers or retailers. Trains, freighters and planes are used as the main routes as needed. The simulation results show that national logistics costs reduce by 17% when using the lowest-cost transportation mode in the area division.

Abstrak Tulisan ini mengkaji Tafsir Alqur’anul Karim Nurul Huda karya Mudhar Tamim (1916-2000). Fokus yang akan dibahas dalam tulisan ini adalah sejarah singkat kajian Al-Qur’an di Madura, aspek metodologis tafsir, dan kritik yang dilontarkan Mudhar Tamim terhadap beberapa tradisi sosial-keagamaan masyarakat Madura. Melalui pendekatan hermeneutis, kesimpulan kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa Tafsir Alqur’anul Karim Nurul Huda telah memberikan nuansa baru dalam sejarah kajian Al-Qur’an di Madura. Secara historis, tafsir tersebut termasuk kajian AlQur’an pertama yang penulisannya menggunakan aksara Latin, baik dalam bentuk terjemahan maupun tafsir. Dari sisi metodologi, Mudhar Tamim menempuh dan menerapkan metode tahlīlī. Melalui penjelasan panjang lebar (analitis) ini muncul corak fikih dan sosial kemasyarakatan. Pada beberapa kesempatan, Mudhar Tamim melayangkan kritik-konstruktif terhadap tradisi taklid buta dan praktik tarekat yang sedang berkembang. Sebagai salah satu tafsir karya muslim Nusantara, tafsir tersebut penting untuk ditelaah karena mampu memberikan kontribusi, minimal untuk pengayaan literatur dan wacana seputar tafsir Al-Qur’an di Nusantara.
