AbstrakLuas lahan sawah di Indonesia semakin sempit dengan maraknya pembangunan perumahan dan gedung-gedung. Hal ini berakibat pada ketersediaan produksi pangan yang semakin rendah dan harus mengimpor beras dari negara lain. Dengan mengklasterkan lahan sawah dapat digunakan sebagai evaluasi untuk meningkatkan produksi pangan di Indonesia sehingga kegiatan impor beras dapat terminimalisi. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengelompokan lahan sawah adalah metode Fuzzy C-Means. Implementasi program pada matlab dengan data training dan data testing. Pada program Fuzzy C-Means tersebut menghasilkan tiga kelompok/cluster data, yaitu luas lahan sawah luas, sedang, dan sempit. Hasil pengklusteran, wilayah yang paling berpotensi dalam produksi pangan dari lahan sawah adalah Jawa Timur, Jawa Tengah dan Jawa Barat.

AbstractThe number of rice field in Indonesia is decreasing due to development of residential areas and buildings. Consequently, it reduces foodstuff availability and government should import it from other. Increasing food production and minimizing imported food can be started by clustering fields as an evaluation. This clustering is approached by Fuzzy C-Means. Training and Testing data are implemented on Matlab and yield three categories, wide, medium and narrow field. Moreover, the most potential field is East Java, Central Java, and West Java.
High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) is the ability to connect, manipulate, and change the knowledge and experience that is owned critically and creatively in determining decisions to solve problems in new situations. To include HOTS questions in a learning process is an obstacle for Madrasah teachers, including teachers of PC. LP. Maarif NU Lamongan. This community service aimed at improving the pedagogical competence of mathematics teachers of PC. LP. Maarif NU Lamongan. Community-Based Research (CBR) was employed through workshop and training administered by the Mathematics Study Program of UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya in designing and completing high order thinking questions followed by assistance. The results indicated that the ability of Madrasah teachers to solve HOTS questions as well as its implementation in classroom teaching and learning activities improved significantly.
Indonesia is an archipelago. Consequently, the majorities are working around the sea such as a fisherman. While the number of activities at sea are increasing more accident occurred are rising. This research presents marine weather prediction system using Hybrid Methods TS-ANFIS (Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System-Time Series) in order to anticipate bad weather and reduce risk. This method use both ocean current and wave height at Java Sea particularly on Gresik in order to forecast ocean current velocity and wave height. Input variables used in this paper are data at (t), an hour before (t-1), and two hours before (t-2) and obtained next hour, next 6 hours, next 12 hours, and next day prediction as output. The results indicate that ocean current speed attain 16.97327 cm/s; 13.22302 cm/s; 10.21107 cm/s; 14.09871 cm/s with mean error is about 0.12993; 1.5758; 1.3182; 0.82613 while wave height reach 0.45554 m; 0.48286 m; 0.46395 m; 0.54571 m with mean error is about 0.0012247; 0.018619; 0.046584; 0.060206. Therefore, it was safe to sailing on 1 st January 2016.
