Jember ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapatan atau keuntungan yang diperoleh oleh pedagang sayur di Kecamatan Sukorambi. Penelitian ini dilaksankan selama 2 bulan yakni awal bulan Juni 2019 sampai dengan akhir bulan Juli 2019, dilaksanakan di daerah Kecamatan Sukorambi Jember tepatnya di 3 Desa yakni Desa Sukorambi, Karangpring dan Desa Klungkung. Menggunakan teknik multistage sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 45 orang. Metode analisis data menggunakan revenue cost ratio atau biasa disebut r/c ratio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan kotor dari pedagang sayur di Kecamatan Sukorambi Jember adalah 10 % dari biaya tunai (biaya variabel dalam bentuk kulakan barang dagangan). Para pedagang sayur keliling di Kecamatan Sukorambi Jember mendapatkan rata-rata pendapatan bersih Rp. 39.640 setiap harinya. Kegiatan usaha berdagang sayuran keliling ini layak untuk dikerjakan dan dikembangkan karena berdasarkan RC ratio nilainya adalah lebih besar dari 1.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keuntungan usahatani cabai besar rata-rata per hektar di Kabupaten Jember. Data primer diperoleh dari 120 responden petani cabai besar di Kecamatan Wuluhan dan Kecamatan Ambulu. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode Multistage Random Sampling. Analisis data menggunakan keuntungan absolut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Usahatani cabai besar di Kabupaten Jember memerlukan biaya produksi total rata-rata sebesar Rp53.532.193 per hektar, 2) Usahatani cabai besar di Kabupaten Jember menghasilkan penerimaan total rata-rata sebesar Rp180.210.264 juta per hektar. 3) Usahatani cabai besar di Kabupaten Jember menghasilkan keuntungan bersih rata-rata sebesar Rp126.678.071 juta per hektar.

Islamic banks’ stock is a new interesting material to be discussed among Islamic economics scholars. The majority of Islamic banks’ stocks presents in the middle-east countries, especially those which are joining as the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. Samples in this study were 10 Islamic banks in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries with secondary data from their financial report. A panel data regression analysis was employed to seek the influence of all observed variables (ROA, ROE, and ICSR (zakat)) as the determinant factors toward Islamic banks’ stock prices. The study found that all the independent variables simultaneously have an impact on Islamic banks’ stock prices in that area. The study also found that the variable of ROA has a negative significant impact, the variable of ROE has a positive significant impact, and ICSR (zakat) has an insignificant impact on Islamic banks’ stock prices in the GCC countries. This study suggested all Islamic banks globally to consider investors’ sentiment on Islamic banks’ financial condition before entering the Islamic capital market
