The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parental guidance and emotional intelligence on student learning achievement in social science. The research method was a descriptive survey method. Data collection was done by questionnaires. Data analysis involved descriptive statistical method to find partial and multiple correlation coefficient with ttest. The result showed: 1) there was a significant effect of parental guidance and emotional intelligence together on student learning achievement in social science. Parental guidance and emotional intelligence contributed 64.2% to the student learning achievement in social science; 2) there was a significant effect of parental guidance on student learning achievement in social sciences. This is evidenced by the acquisition of sig= 0.037<0.05 and tcount=2.114; 3) There is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on learning achievement in social sciences. This is evidenced by the p<0.05 and tcount of 6.336.
The background of this research is the lack of students' interest in understanding Social Science subjects, as well as the lack of pedagogic competency of teachers in teaching these subjects. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of students' learning interest and teachers' perceptions of pedagogic competency on learning achievement in Social Sciences. The method used is a quantitative type survey method. The results showed that: (1) there was a significant effect of learning interest and students' perceptions of the pedagogic competency of teachers towards learning achievement in Social Sciences. This is proved by the value of sig = 0.007 and Fcount = 5.436> Ftable = 3.15. 2); (2) there is a significant effect of learning interest on learning achievement in Social Sciences. This is proved by the score tcount (2,950)> ttable (1.64); and 3) there is a significant influence of students' perceptions of pedagogic competency of teachers on learning achievement of Social Sciences as proved by a tcount (2.351)> ttable (1.64), which means that the contribution of students' perceptions of teachers' pedagogic competencies to learning achievement in Social Sciences is very large.
ABSTRAKPendidikan merupakan bagian dalam upaya mencerdaskan. Indonesia merupakan negara jumlah masyarakatnya banyak dunia serta letak geografis negara ini yang berada di garis lintang katulistiwa berbentuk kepulauan menjadi identik negara ini. Dampak kejadian ekstrim sering terjadi dan sangat merugikan Bencana yang terjadi diberbagai wilayah di Indonesia hampir menyeluruh, bahkan ditempat yang dirasa amanpun terkadang masih terjadi bencana. Metode peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah model Pengembangan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE sesuai digunakan dalam pengembangan oembelajaran pada setiap tahapan model ADDIE terdapat revisi dan evaluasi. Tahap pada model ADDIE ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Bahan ajar Buku saku digital yang dapat dijadikan media pembelajaran daring pembelajaran Mitigasi bencana dengan memanfaatkan melalui Hp dan sebagainya. Bersumber pada hasil validasi ahli materi mendapat skor kevalidan 92,91% dengan kriteria Sangat Valid, hasil penilaian ahli media mendapat skor 92,5% dengan kriteria Sangat Valid. Bahan ajar buku saku digital Mitigasi bencana valid dan dapat diuji cobakan kepada siswa dan guru. Berikutnya hasil uji coba respon siswa mendapatkan skor 81,41% dan uji coba respon guru skor 84,89% ketegori sangat praktis. Berdasarkan hasil kedua uji coba tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar buku saku digital mitigasi bencana valid dan praktis digunakan dalam pembelajaran Tematik IPS.Kata kunci: Buku Digital, ADDIE, Mitigasi Bencana

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of selfregulated learning and learning discipline on student achievement, especially on social science subjects. The result showed: 1) there was a significant effect of self-regulated and discipline learning together on learning achievement in social sciences. This is evidenced by the value of sig = 0,001<0.05 and Fcount =37.61. Whereas self-regulated and discipline learning to the learning achievement of social sciences. 2) There is a significant effect of self-regulated learning on learning achievement in social sciences. This is evidenced by the acquisition tcount=3.617. 3) There is a significant effect of discipline learning on learning achievement in social sciences. This is evidenced by the sig= 0.001<0.05 and tcount of 3.617.
