This research is an analytical survey with a Case Control approach with a ratio of 1: 2. The number of samples was 123 respondents with a quota sampling technique. The collection of data on the incidence of stunting in children under five was obtained from secondary data in Banjarmasin Kuin Raya Public Health Services, while data on maternal age, mother's education level, history of visits to posyandu and history of exclusive breastfeeding were obtained by interview method using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate statistical Chi Square tests using a computer program with a 95% confidence level. Based on the results of research in Banjarmasin Kuin Raya Public Health Services working area, it was found that the history of visits of mothers who have children under five to posyandu was more that 46 (37.4%) were less active compared to 38 (30.9%) who were active and 39 (30.9%) who were inactive. (31.7%), while the history of breastfeeding was 77 (62.6%) non-exclusive breastfeeding more than exclusive breastfeeding as much as 46 (37.4%). Based on statistical tests, it was found that there was no significant relationship between history of visits to posyandu and history of exclusive breastfeeding with the incidence of stunting in children under five in Banjarmasin Kuin Raya Public Health Services working area

Preferensi atau kecenderungan bagi masyarakat dalam pemilihan penggunaan jenis asuransi kesehatan yang dimiliki dapat ditentukan dari hasil penelahan terhadap lima tahapan pembelian (penggunaan) suatu produk seperti identifikasi masalah, pencarian informasi, evaluasi alternatif yang ada, keputusan membeli (menggunakan produk), dan perilaku pasca pembelian (penggunaan). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran preferensi pemanfaatan/penggunaan antara JKN-KIS dan asuransi kesehatan swasta pada karyawan PT. Altrak 1978 Cabang Banjarmasin. Menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik wawancara mendalam untuk pengumpulan data primer kepada 3 (tiga) orang subjek penelitian yang terdiri dari satu informan inti dan dua informan utama. Preferensinya lebih banyak untuk cenderung menggunakan Asuransi Kesehatan Swasta yang difasilitasi oleh perusahaan, dengan pertimbangan utama yaitu keefektifitasan dan keefesiensian layanan yang didapatkan oleh karyawan. Direkomendasikan kepada pemerintah dan penyelenggara jaminan/asuransi kesehatan agar terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dalam melaksanakan sistem penjaminan kesehatan yang sesuai dengan harapan dan kebutuhan masyarakat.

Abortion is a world problem that greatly affects the health, illness and death of pregnant women. The data of the Hj. Gunarti Clinic there were 27 cases of mothers who experienced abortion in 2018, while in 2019, there were an increase of 38 cases. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between maternal habits in consuming herbs during pregnancy and maternal parity with the spontaneous abortion prevalence. The research design used is case control, with a ratio of 1:1. There were 38 samples as a cases group and 38 control group samples. The study was conducted at the Private Practice Midwife Clinic of Hj. Gunarti Banjarbaru city, South Kalimantan Province in April to June 2020. The results of the study showed a significant correlation between the habit of consuming herbal medicine with the abortion cases, that mothers with the habit of consuming herbal during pregnancy had a 3.58 times greater risk of having abortion compared to women who did not consume herbal during pregnancy (OR = 3.58, 95% CI: 1.267-10.143, p value = 0.026), and there is a significant correlation between parity and the abortion cases, mothers with high-risk parity (parity> 3) have a risk of 2.95 times greater abortion than mothers with low-risk parity levels ( OR = 2.95, 95% CI: 1.159-7.503, p value = 0.039). It is recommended for health workers to be more active in socializing to the pregnant women not to consume any herbal medicine carelessly, especially those who do not have permit from the drug and food regulatory agencies, so as to avoid the occurrence of unwanted abortion. In addition to that it also further improves the achievements of the family planning program to be able to limit the number of maternal pregnancies in the community.

Kindergarten (TK) education is an early stage of education as children who are experiencing a developmental transition really need an approach that can overcome the problems experienced, one of which is implementing the COVID-19 pandemic health protocol such as the use of good and correct masks. The purpose of this activity is to help improve social skills such as communication skills, through community service, community empowerment programs at Mawar Kindergarten, Gambut District through storytelling with a focus on doing fairy tales to children in order to be able to respond to the use of masks properly and correctly. The method of this activity is a fairy tale through storytelling to students with the title "Say No to the Covid-19 Virus, Let's Wear a Mask" then after telling the story the children are chosen to be Covid-19 Exterminator Heroes. The design of a storytelling program by involving children in Mawar Kindergarten so as to increase children's awareness in the use of masks is good and right. Consider to revise the structurethat children can and understand how to follow health protocols, especially the use of good and correct masks and good hand washing using storytelling. The conclusion of this community service activity is that children and even teachers are able to make changes in behavior towards the use of masks to avoid being exposed to covid-19.

Latar Belakang: Kepuasan pasien akan kualitas pelayanan dapat ditentukan dengan membandingkan persepsi antara harapan dan kenyataan pelayanan yang diterima. Jika harapan terlampaui, pelayanan tersebut dirasakan sebagai kualitas yang memuaskan, begitu juga sebaliknya. Standar kepuasan pasien pada pelayanan kesehatan ditetapkan secara nasional, menurut Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal untuk kepuasan pasien yaitu diatas 95%.Tujuan:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Dimensi Kualitas Pelayanan (Keandalan, Ketanggapan, Kepastian, Empati, dan Bukti Fisik) dengan Kepuasan Pasien.Metode: penelitian survei dengan instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Populasi target adalah seluruh pasien dengan jumlah kunjungan pada bulan Januari - Maret 2019 sebanyak 2.620 orang, adapun jumlah sampel ditetapkan sebanyak 96 responden.Hasil:Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan tingkat kemaknaan ρ α (0,05) diketahui bahwa ada hubungan antara Keandalan dengan Kepuasan Pasien (ρ = 0,000), ada hubungan antara Ketanggapan dengan Kepuasan Pasien (ρ = 0,000), terdapat hubungan antara Kepastian dengan Kepuasan Pasien (ρ = 0,005), terdapat hubungan antara Empati dengan Kepuasan Pasien (ρ = 0,006), dan terdapat hubungan antara Bukti Fisik dengan Kepuasan Pasien (ρ = 0,023).Simpulan : terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan pasien yang dapat dilihat dari  variabel Keandalan dengan Kepuasan Pasien dengan nilai probabilitas 0,000, variabel Ketanggapan dengan Kepuasan Pasien dengan nilai probabilitas 0,000, variabel Kepastian dengan Kepuasan Pasien dengan nilai probabilitas 0,005. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel Empati dengan Kepuasan Pasien, p-value = 0,006. Juga terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Bukti Fisik dengan Kepuasan Pasien, p-value = 0,023.Kata kunci: Keandalan, Ketanggapan, Kepastian, Empati, Bukti Fisik, dan Kepuasan.
