Introduction: Vaccination has an important preventive role for many types of infections especially in the early years of life. However, some misconceptions about vaccination lead to the abstinence of some parents from vaccinating their children. This misconception is primarily due to the lack of knowledge and awareness towards childhood vaccination. The goal of the present study is to evaluate the level of knowledge and the behavior of parents towards the vaccination of their children in Taif city, Saudi Arabia.
Methodology: A self-administered structured questionnaire was sent to the public through online Google forms including questions on the knowledge about vaccination of children and the attitude of parents towards their children regarding their vaccination. All data were recorded in a pre-designed and validated excel sheet. Data were represented in terms of frequencies and valid percentages for categorical variables.
Results: A total of 377 participants took part in this survey. Almost one-half of the participants (50.4%) were males while 49.6% were females. There was a statistically significant difference (p
The main objects of this paper are to deal with the new technology of metal sheet forming using the incremental single-point tool to form the sheet metal. However, due to the needed long time to form the metal in incremental so that we used punching and then incremental forming to geometry the final shape of the product. By measuring the thickness and longitudinal strain and evaluating the hoop strain, it was noticed that the less depth in punching with less step size in incremental forming have a better strain effect in metal sheet forming. Keywords: Single point, incremental forming, Strain analysis, step size.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
