Pyrolysis is one promising outlets in disposal of sewage sludge. In the current review paper, some key influent factors on sludge pyrolysis technology and all products were discussed. How the main factors including pyrolysis final temperature, residence time, heating rate and way, the raw sludge characteristics and catalyst, etc influent the products were discussed. Thereafter, another important issue of sludge pyrolysis is the characters and application of the products as well as the key factors affected sludge pyrolysis. The mainly composition, characters and applied prospect were discussed. An important aspect of sewage sludge pyrolysis is how to utilize the pyrolysis oil. Some of the properties and processing of pyrolysis oil were detailedly discussed.
The key technologies of CAD/CAM integration of mechanical parts which include parametric modeling technology, model transformation of CAD/CAE and finite element modeling were studied. Based on redevelopment of UG, the process of parametric modeling about typical part was achieved. The identification, selection, extraction, and removal of the details in the CAD model were analyzed. The extraction approach of the mid-surface in the dimensional reduction of the CAD model was executed. The CAD/CAE integration system of the design and finite element analysis for mechanical parts was established by the redevelopment of UG and ANSYS with Visual C++, UG/Open and APDL as tools. The parametric design and automatic finite element analysis for mechanical parts were implemented.
The problems of nonlinear local buckling of telescopic boom of truck crane in the practical working condition were studied. The arc-length method of nonlinear buckling analysis was introduced. And the corresponding solving steps were given. Based on ANSYS software and redevelopment of ANSYS with APDL (ANSYS Parametric Design Language), the solution of critical stress of nonlinear local buckling of the boom was obtained. The critical stress values of the linear buckling and those of the nonlinear buckling of the boom were compared. The influence of different initial imperfection on the critical stresses of nonlinear local buckling of the rectangular, hexagonal and dodecagonal sectional boom was analyzed. The results indicate that the presented method can solve the problems of the nonlinear local buckling of telescopic boom of truck crane effectively.
Pyrolysis oil derived from sewage sludge is considered as one of the substitute of crude in the world confronting energy shortage. Before the utilization of pyrolysis oil in industry, comprehensive investigation of its physico-chemical characters is needed. Through detailed analyze of its fuel properties and other characters including metal content, solid content and stability, the pyrolysis could not used as No. 4 fuel before improving its fuel characters, decreasing its metal and solid content, and increasing its stability. The detailed analyze of the pyrolysis oil could provide basic data for the process and use of it in future.
