AbstrakPenambahan Pembangunan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) Tanjung Jati B unit 5&6 membutuhkan aksesakses tambahan salah satunya adalah jalan alternatif. Maksud dari skripsi ini adalah membuat perencanaan jalan dengan mengkomparasikan perencanaan perkerasan kaku dan perkerasan lentur dengan menggunakan metode Bina Marga serta menghitung besarnya Rencana Anggaran Biaya yang diperlukan untuk keduanya. Dari hasil perhitungan perencanaan didapatkan bahwa untuk perkerasan kaku menggunakan beton bersambung tanpa tulangan dengan tebal plat sebesar 25 cm, ukuran tie bar D-16 jarak 60 cm dan panjang 70 cm, sedangkan ukuran dowel besi Ø 36 jarak 30 cm dan panjang 45 cm. Rencana Anggaran Biaya yang dibutuhkan sebesar Rp. 36.901.467.000,00, sedangkan perkerasan lentur menggunakan Laston Lapis Aus (AC-WC) dengan tebal 7,5 cm dan Rencana Anggaran Biaya yang dibutuhkan sebesar Rp. 24.271.501.800. Perbandingan untuk biaya keduanya adalah 100% : 65%. AbstractTanjung Jati B Steam Power Plant (PLTU) Located in Tubanan Village, Kembang Subdistrict, Jepara Regency is one of the vital objects to support electricity for Java and Bali with electricity supply of 12 percent. Beginning in 2017, Tanjung Jati B PLTU added construction for unit 5 & 6 Steam Power Plants, so that it needed additional access to support the development, where alternative roads by comparing between rigid pavement and flexible pavement, with initial planning of 4,5 km from Kembang to Tubanan. In this plan, the thickness of the rigit pavement, the thickness of the flexible pavement will be determined, what is the planned budget for the two types of pavement. Data needed include basic land, traffic data and age of the plan. The calculation process can be started by collecting the required data, the calculating the rigid pavement thickness, the thickness of the flexible pavement based on Bina Marga guidelines and the budget plan for each type of pavement. From the results of planning calculations it was found that for rigid pavement using reinforced concrete with a plate thickness of 25 cm, the size of the D-16 tie bar was 60 cm long and 70 cm long, while the size of the iron dowel 36 was 30 cm long and 45 cm long. The Budget Plan (RAB) required is Rp. 36.901.467.000,00, while flexible pavement uses the Laston Lapis (AC-WC) with a thickness of 7,5 cm and the budget Plan (RAB) required is Rp. 24.271.501.800,00. The ratio for the cost of both is 100% : 65%.
