The character was a very important aspect in assessing the quality of human resources and becomes the basic foundation in developing social skills in the future. This article aimed to give an assistance of building the children character through media social of education posters at Karyamukti Village, Sekampung District, East Lampung Regency. One of the media that can be used to improve the children development was visualization media. The researchers used Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) that utilize the potential asset of students at community. The subject was 20 children at Karyamukti Village. Four stages activities in analyzing program involved preparing program, arrange the program, describing material, and evaluation program. The result showed that the implementation of this activity was effectively and received a large enough participation from the children and the benefits either form children and parents. Family as the first and the nearest environment has primary responsibility in the value of education to children. Parenting activities conducted by parents in the family is one form of educational process of cultural values as a whole. The importance of multicultural education given to children early with the hope that the child is able to understand that in their environment and also in other environments are cultural diversity. The present article intends to provide an overview and ideas on family counseling in developing local knowledge in the mindset of children by conducting a literature review that looked at family counseling can become an alternative program to realize the love child of the local culture. There are two approaches to do in this case: 1). Individual approach or also called individual counseling which attempts to explore emotions, experiences and thoughts klien. 2). Family Conseling, discussion in families led by a family counselor.
The emergence of social conflicts with religious backgrounds such as blasphemy, destruction of houses of worship, hate speech on social media and mutual discredit between one congregation and another, or one congregation with another congregation. The conflict, if examined, is actually rooted in a failure to have a dialogue between religious understanding and social realities in a diverse, plural and multicultural society. So from these problems that the character of harmony for the general public is very important in the midst of daily life activities, considering that the diversity of society often causes various kinds of conflict problems, both between individuals and between groups with each other. The character development of children's harmony from an early age is an activity that is quite effective as a transfer of value, so this is deemed very necessary to be done as an alternative step in fostering the character of children's social harmony in the Tejoagung Metro Timur environment. The purpose of the social harmony character development activity is to provide knowledge and understanding regarding the importance of harmonious character values, assist children's habituation in implementing the harmony character and provide capacity building and quality strengthening for TPA teachers. This activity was carried out for the children of the Al-Qur'an Ar-Rahman Tejoagung Education Park in Metro City, the main activity was coaching by socializing using various strategies including coordination with TPA teachers, socialization of harmony values to teachers and students, visualization of images. religious multicultural images and learning methods using habituation, demonstrations, lectures, role models and games. The development of the character of harmony goes quite smoothly and has quite an impact on the students and teachers because it provides knowledge and understanding regarding the importance of the values of the character of harmony, children and teachers can implement the character of harmony in their daily lives Keywords: Social Harmony Character, Social Harmony, Assistance Social Character
Pendidikan Inklusi merupakan hak asasi manusia yang paling mendasar untuk mendapatkan pendidikan dan merupakan sebuah pondasi dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Sedangkan strategi dalam pembelajaran bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus tidak akan lepas dari program Individualized Educational Program (IEP) atau sering dikenal dengan Program Pembelajaran Individu (PPI) yang mana merupakan kegiatan pembelajaran yang menitikberatkan bantuan dan bimbingan belajar kepada anak, memberikan kesempatan yang luas kepada anak untuk belajar serta layanan yang mendasar untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan kemampuan anak untuk mengejar ketertinggalannya dan mengoptimalkan kemampuan yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Strategi Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam bagi anak yang kesulitan belajar di SD Nasional Plus Tunas Iblam. (2) Efektifitas Program Pembelajaran Individu (PPI) bagi anak yang kesulitan belajar di SD Nasional Plus Tunas Iblam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran dengan pendekatan program pembelajaran individu (PPI) tidak akan lepas dari penggalian data sejak dini, karena strategi merupakan suatu kegiatan yang pembelajaran yang harus dikerjakan guru dan siswa agar tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai secara efektif dan efisien. terdapat lima tahapan yang harus dilakukan sebelum melaksanakan program PPI untuk pembelajaran yaitu (1) identifikasi dan assesment anak berkebutuhan khusus (2) pemetaan anak yang harus mengikuti program PPI (3) penyusunan program PPI bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus (4) pelaksanaan program PPI (5) evaluasi program PPI. adapun efektifitas program yang dilaksanakan sebagaimana dipaparkan oleh sdm yang ada disekolah, program ini sangat efektif untuk membantu program dan penanganan serta layanan pendidikan bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus.
