Corona virus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus which causes symptoms of fever, cough and diarrhea, thereby lowering the body's immunity. One way to improve the human immune system is to consume vitamin C. Vitamin C as an antioxidant that can improve the immune system in humans. This study aims to analyze the content of vitamin C in packaged drinks, namely, Hemaviton C1000 and Fanta Orange flavor. This research method is a qualitative test by looking at the color changes that occur using Benedict's reagent and AgNO3 powder. The results of the qualitative test of vitamin C in packaged C drinks, namely Hemaviton C1000 and Fanta with Orange flavor using Benedict's reagent and AgNO3 powder, respectively, were brick red precipitate and black precipitate which indicated the presence of vitamin C.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan VCT pada ibu hamil peserta ANC di UPT Puskesmas Taretta Kabupaten Bone.
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi observasional dengan desain studi potong lintang (cross sectional study). Lokasi dalam penelitian ini adalah di UPT Puskesmas Taretta Kabupaten Bone Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai bulan November Sampai dengan bulan Desember 2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh sasaran ibu hamil yang berada di wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Taretta Kabupaten Bone Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan yaitu sebesar 3.609 ibu hamil. Responden penelitian adalah ibu hamil sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi di Puskesmas penyedia layanan VCT periode bulan November – Desember 2020. Dari 3609 sasaran ibu hamil dipilih 230 sampel secara proportionate stratified random sampling. Populasi dikelompokkan berdasarkan proporsi sasaran pada UPT Puskesmas Taretta Kabupaten Bone
