Global leaders are facing the undesirable crisis of coronavirus spreading toward human beings as a scientific puzzle. The study aims to assess the global crisis due to unwanted pandemic disease and how to overcome it predominantly. The study uses a literature review method and collects data from existing resources. The research has made a decisive contribution to fighting coronavirus in people worldwide with dynamic health policy and secure technology. From the results of the study, tthe virus is a man-made remote sensing program but some scientists remained mysterious. Coronavirus is a global threat extremely through misusing processed radio frequency at a certain distance. The study has become the foremost societal and scientific concern of bringing the global leaders together to find a unique solution to the global pandemic. Diabetes is a chronic and debilitating disease, which is associated with a range of complications putting tremendous burden on medical, economic and socio-technological infrastructure globally. Yet the higher authorities of health services are facing the excruciating cumulative reasons of diabetes as a very imperative worldwide issue in the 21st century. The study aims to relook at the misapplication of the processed radio frequency that frailties in the pancreas within and around the personal body boundary area. The administered sensor data were obtained at laboratory experiments from the selected specimens on dogs and cats in light and dark environments. The study shows the frequent urine flow speed varies with sudden infection due to treated wireless sensor networks in active open eyes. The overweight and obese persons are increasingly affected in diabetes with comprehensive urinary pressure due to continuous staying at dark environment. The findings replicate the increasing tide of diabetes globally. The study also represents the difficulties of physicians to provide adequate diabetic management according to their expectancy due to insecure personal area network control unit.Dynamic sensor network is indispensable for healthcare but such network is at risk to health security due to digitalized poisoning within GPS positions. The study recommends the anti-radiation integrated system policy with user’s security alternative approach to inspire dealing with National Health Policy and Sustainable Development Goals 2030.
The discovery of coronavirus is a state-of-the-art scientific study, so there is no doubt in the whole world that it is an innovation. But cybercriminals are working to create suspicion so that people are confused and afraid of the coronavirus. Cybercriminals are committing crimes from the global cloud network. They are carrying out extrajudicial killings around the world by abusing wireless sensor technology based on the victim’s active open eye, voice, adjacent sensor device and a specific GPS location, while spreading lies about the coronavirus pandemic in the media. New variants of the coronavirus are being created by cybercriminals and over time cyber killer groups are spreading to target-based regions of the universe, putting the world in a serious crisis threatening everyone’s survival. Surveys show that the death toll is rising and no one can say when the coronavirus will end and everyone will regain their right to life. The study indicates that lawmakers, health workers and technologists are blindfolded and foolishly looking for vaccines as a way to escape the coronavirus in the open air while others are dying helplessly. For coronavirus pandemic management and disease-free living for all, their sensor technological knowledge is essential, but such knowledge is insufficient. This is because cybercriminals have hypnotized each of their brains to their specific GPS location, depriving them of the right to decide for exposure in the media. The results of a unique study - coronavirus survival and its origin - published research is very difficult to reach relevant legislators and stakeholders. Research published on the publisher’s website has been bounced by cybercriminals for political malpractice and lack of proper sensor security. The study illustrates the interrelationship among the political agenda, mysterious lockdowns and digital assassination through global wireless clouding. Today or the day after tomorrow, the importance of this research should be made known to all, otherwise no one will be saved from the digital death of cyber criminals. Lying about coronavirus is nothing more than propaganda of GPS sensor abusers. To avoid this propaganda, everyone in the world must be aware and the legal system of each country must be properly implemented to suppress cyber criminals. This advanced study is an absolute witness to the building of a peaceful world for all generations, which encourages all to be vigilant and create a conscious circle to deal with this pandemic while maintaining equality and neutrality.
The pain around the posterior knee called popliteal fossa has been known to be caused by a variety of disease entities. Whatever the causes, the challenge remains in diagnosis. Proper history and clinical examination followed by uses of appropriate diagnostic tools are secrets to success. Venous malformation is a very rare cause of pain in popliteal area and its diagnosis is frequently delayed, missed or given incorrectly. Here, we report a case of a 24-year-old patient who presented with posterior knee pain for 2 years and was diagnosed as a case of intramuscular arterio-venous malformation by lower limb angiography. This patient was treated successfully by surgical resection. His follow-up was satisfactory with no evidence of recurrence. Management of infected non-union following fracture of a long bone is a challenge to the orthopaedic surgeon. Several methods of treating these cases have been described.(1-7) Although reports of single stage or multiple stage procedures exist in the literature, general consensus appears to favour a two-stage approach with initial debridement followed by the use of local antibiotic cement in the first stage.(2,5,8) This antibiotic-impregnated cement has been reported in previous papers as placed around an intramedullary nail or via antibiotic cement beads,(4-6,9) Cement beads offer no mechanical stability to the fracture site. Placing cement around an intramedullary device provides added concerns, such as cement nail debonding and the continued presence of metal, which could cause persistence of infection when in contact with endosteal sequestrate. We describe the use of an antibiotic cement nail fashioned by hand intra-operatively around a length of nylon tape. This eliminates the need for further metalwork during the infected stage, thereby reducing the chance of persistent non-union as well as providing some stability across the fracture site.
