The aim of this paper is to examine the role of the knowledge management process as a mediating variable in the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and organizational performance. This study employed a quantitative method and utilised a self-administered questionnaire. A total of 350 data were collected from the owners/founders of online businesses. A Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) analysis was performed to test the proposed hypotheses of the study. The findings indicated that entrepreneurial orientation positively the knowledge management process, which in turn exerts a positive effect on the organizational performance of a company. Additionally, the indirect effect analysis revealed that the knowledge management process plays a significant role as a mediator between entrepreneurial orientation and organizational performance. The research fills a gap in the literature by considering a mediating variable in enhancing the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and organizational performance. This research also provides a particular contribution to the literature and some suggestions for future research.
This paper presents compact structure of bandpass filter integrated with Defected Microstrip Structure (DMS) to produce band-pass and band reject response simultaneously. The filter design based upon g0 short-circuited stubs structures of 7 th degree. The narrow notch responses produced by DMS was introduced at a frequency of 5.2 GHz in order to reject any undesired signals which may interfere with the wideband communication systems. The design was simulated and fabricated on a Roger Duroid RO4350 with a thickness of 0.508 mm and dielectric constant, r of 3.48. The group delay in the passband was lower than 0.74 ns. This type of filter is useful in any RF/ microwave communication systems particularly to eliminate any undesired signals in wideband spectrum. While maintaining its excellent performance, the overall physical and cost reduction can also be achieved using this technique.Index Terms-Microwave filter, bandpass, band-reject, Defected Microstrip Structure (DMS), group delay.
Wearable technology has enormous promise, particularly for data collection for cutting-edge health research, and its popularity has soared in recent years. This study aims to provide IoT-based wearable devices' effectiveness and potential cybersecurity threats to these innovative technologies. Using the PRISMA-2020 (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) methodology, we conducted a scoping study to understand better the application of inexpensive, consumer-grade wearables for health research from a population health viewpoint. Scopus databases yielded a total of 43 articles. Our findings show that academics and research participants are tremendously interested in this technology, but they are also wary about using wearables. These devices are still vulnerable to cybersecurity assaults such as data privacy and security in healthcare. However, blockchain technology is a potential alternative for integrating with IoT-based wearables to ensure data privacy. Furthermore, according to the findings, wearables have an increasingly diverse range of applications, including COVID-19 prediction, fertility tracking, heat-related sickness, pharmacological effects, and psychological therapies; they also include underrepresented populations, such as those with rare diseases. In low-resource environments, there is a lack of research on wearable devices.
Introduction: Dental tourism is a type of medical tourism, the number of dental medical tourists traveling to get health services has increased due to various factors such as socio-economic, access and quality. Objective: To determine the relationship between access information, service quality and saving cost with service satisfaction. Method: This study used a cross sectional study design. The used convenience sampling method, Subjects of this study were foreign tourists who received dental care, conducted in 10 private dental clinics in Bali Province, Indonesia on September - October 2019. This questionnaire contained 16 question was designed to obtain information about dental tourism (access information 4 questions, service quality 7 questions, saving cost 5 questions). The data were analyzed using the chi square test with a significance level set at 5% (p <0.05). Results: Access information (p=0.009), service quality (p=0.002) and saving cost (p=0.013) have a significant relationship with patient satisfaction dental tourism. Conclusion: Relationship between access to information, service quality and saving cost significant with patient satisfaction of dental patient satisfaction in Bali Province, Indonesia.
Purpose: Integrated management system (IMS) assumes a crucial part in the administration of hierarchical issues and issues that connect with work whether formal or casual. Theoretical Framework: The way that the IMS consolidates different administration frameworks that all alone guarantee positive result creates it a brilliant framework that can ensure authoritative greatness. Despite the fact that that is the situation, the contention has been how much might IMS at any point add to the accomplishment of hierarchical greatness? In that capacity, this calculated structure looks for feature the effect of IMS execution in associations. Design/ Methodology/ Approach: IMS impact on hierarchical greatness was resolved in view of client center, development practices and association responsibility. Concerning IMS impact on association advancement, the perspectives that were given a lot of thought included process development, item development, innovation development and showcasing development. Finding: Conversation on IMS was generally founded on how it connects with association development and greatness and its impact on authoritative culture and the most effective way of carrying out the IMS in an association. Speculation in light of finding out the degree of IMS effect on association development and greatness and how they interrelate. Implications: The results of this study approves the calculated model that encourages mindfulness and execution of IMS in associations. Also, the result of this examination gives observational proof that associations who are zeroing in on greatness through IMS might make progress in the work. Originality: This exploration applied review reports and calculated development model to quantify the degree of carrying out IMS, which incorporates the monetary, ecological, and security factors (for example ISO 9001 for quality administration frameworks (QMS), ISO 14001 for ecological administration frameworks (EMS) and ISO 45001 for Occupational Health and Safety the executives into a solitary measure to characterize the effect of feasible execution of IMS on hierarchical greatness enough.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
