initiated the development of advanced electronic telephone line switchswitching as Manager of Technology. He was appointed an IBM Fellow ing exchanges. From 1965 to 1973, he supervised a number of projects in 1975, and has published over 30 papers and filed more than 50 on data transmission, PCM, speech processing, and advanced line patents on data transmission and digital signal processing.
