in response to the XIV Corma Competition: "Theatre: timber and edge". In the Design Studio, ways of making forms in art were transferred to architecture through the adoption of strategies taken from Land Art to design a theatre built in timber at the edge between land and sea in Lota, Chile. A theatre from where it is possible to contemplate both the shows held within and the landscape itself by means of a simple and regular geometric shape placed in nature that is capable of turning topography into a place. An artificial shape that turns nature into a new landscape.
