Corporate fraud is a very dangerous latent phenomenon for the organization. It leads to severe financial damage, harms companies and citizens, greatly reduces the investment attractiveness of the country. Often, foreign corporations do not want to have business relations with those Russian companies in which there are signs of corporate fraud. In addition, a significant share of assets is withdrawn from legal circulation, which is why the state budget and the beneficiaries of a particular organization are deprived of part of the income.
This article discusses topical issues of economic sustainability of enterprises, as well as the development of the digital economy in various industries in Russia and in the world as a whole, ways and means of improving economic security in the context of global digitalization. When writing the article, the goal was to reveal the essence of modern trends in the development of the state and organizations. The current and possible impact of digital technologies on the labor market is also assessed, which is of interest to all members of society and organizations that, in the era of digitalization, will have to face new problems and master all the opportunities that fall out of this process. Digitalization, which began in the 20th century, is beginning to gain momentum and, in the near future, may surprise the world community with its results.
Currently, the sustainable development of enterprises, industries, regions and the national economy as a whole depends on the level of their competitiveness. The complication of business systems, the growth of competition, the widespread processes of globalization and integration require a balanced and reasonable approach to the development of management decisions in this area. An obstacle to the successful functioning of socio-ecological systems within economics are the factors of external and internal instability, which are even more intensified in the face of global uncertainty. Within the framework of this article, questions of the development of socio-ecological systems in modern conditions are considered.
At the present stage, one of the key tasks of mankind is the solution of environmental problems associated with the production of industrial products. A harmonious combination of scientific and technological progress and the protection of the ecosphere can be realized through the development of a circular economy, the introduction of “green” industrial technologies, and the development of effective methods for restoring industrial areas. Within the framework of this article, environmental problems of industrial territories are considered and the main directions for their solution are proposed.
