This article deals with the problem of taking into account the level of proficiency of ultrasonic non-destructive testing devices by construction control specialists for the sustainable development of test quality. In the process of conducting input control operations of structural materials entering the construction site, there is a need for their detailed verification using non-destructive testing devices. At the same time, the results obtained with the help of portable ultrasound monitoring devices may differ from one specialist to another. This fact may call into question the regulatory organizations that accept and analyze the results of these tests. This study presents the results of ultrasonic testing of various building materials. The main feature of the study is that measurements are carried out by different people using a single calibrated ultrasound device. The introductory part of the article describes the formulation of this problem in the industry and the need to find solutions. The Methods section describes the applied methods and experimental conditions. In the discussion section, the question of the need for further more detailed studies of the problem of using non-destructive testing methods for the sustainable development of the quality of tests performed will be raised. As a result of the conducted research, a generalized analysis of the information received was carried out, conclusions and recommendations were formulated.
The article shows the role of construction control in the construction of transport construction objects. The necessity of its implementation, starting from the early stages of construction, is justified. Reviewed a detailed list of accounting documents for carrying out construction supervision on objects of transport construction. For each document, the procedure for its preparation and frequency of submission to the customer or representatives of the contractor are described. A detailed list of reporting documents on construction supervision at transport construction facilities is considered, including conclusions on the verifiability of design and working documentation for the transport construction object, conclusion on the readiness of contractors to perform construction, reconstruction, capital repairs, conclusion on the readiness of the construction laboratory of the nondestructive testing laboratory, electrical laboratory, within the framework of the construction contractor’s activities, when performing construction, reconstruction, capital repairs, conclusion on conformity assessment is made of the object and its willingness to carry out the work of the Commission, preparation of General journal and construction supervision, charting object, act, visual-measuring control, weekly and monthly reports, act of acceptance-transmission equipment (materials) on the project of the act on the identified equipment defects (materials), reference for the audit and approval of acts examination of the hidden works, draw conclusions about the dynamics of performance., preparation of a report on the actual time of rendering construction control services at the customer’s facility. The article presents an algorithm for document management based on the assessment of the work of several enterprises, which allows for high-quality construction control on construction sites.
The questions of frequency of using for some correcting coefficients for definition of cost of works on the engineering technical investigation are presented in the article. These coefficients are specified in recommended cost documents. There suggested the using of some other coefficients, suiting for specific investigation organization, that are not recommended in sourcebooks. The list of coefficients, considering the complicating factors and conditions of investigation are brought in regulatory document. The frequency of using for these coefficients in the specific laboratory is given. The conditions are described, at which the value of coefficients is correctly defined, that depends on the frequency of use of these coefficients in the explored organization. The comparison is brought between different regulatory documents (sourcebooks) by which the cost of engineering-technical investigation is calculated. The coefficients are given, that consider complicating factors, used in the specific organization, that is explored, and absent in regulatory documents. The reasons are explained, by which these coefficients must be taken into account at engineering-technical investigation.
The article shows the procedure for conducting systematic monitoring of the stress-strain state of reinforced concrete structures covering one of the operated public railway stations. The historical data of the building construction and its design features are described. The description of large-span structures of the building, their defects and damages acquired in the course of operation is given. The article describes the procedure and methods used for a long-term, more than 2 years, continuous monitoring of the deformed state of the coating structures that are in operation. The most damaged structures, which are installed on a measuring apparatus. The features of measurements in different time periods are described. Based on the results of the obtained measurements of the stress-strain state of the building coating structures, the possibility of their further operation is predicted, taking into account the defects and damages found during the survey.
