The purpose of the article is to develop a new approach to strategic management of sustainable development of agro-industrial complex under conditions of economic integration and to solve the problem of preservation of national agro-industrial complex under the condition of globalizing and integrative processes which take place in the global economy. In order to achieve this goal, the work uses methods of modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis, problem analysis, synthesis, deduction & induction, and conceptual provisions of systemic approach. Methodology of the research is based on the principles of integrity and differences, positive and normative economic analysis. The authors develop innovational approach to strategic management of sustainable development of agroindustrial complex under the conditions of economic integration and analyze possible scenarios of development of agro-industrial complex under the conditions of economic integration during use of various approaches to management. As a result of the research, the authors come to the conclusion that only independent development of national enterprises of agro-industrial complex can provide its sustainable development. Excessive state support can ruin stimuli for implementation of innovations, despite a lot of financial and investment resources for that. Without state regulation, national enterprises of this complex will not be able to compete with foreign rivals, which causes necessity for use of innovational approach to strategic management of sustainable development of agro-industrial complex under economic integration.

The article exposes to a holistic consideration the socio-cultural foundations of the state -legal development, discusses traditions and innovations in the study of the latter, and is formulated and argued the author's theoretical and methodological reconstruction program of data bases. The authors prove that the sociocultural foundations legitimize specific historical functioning of public government institutions and their further transformation through the creation of special socio-political state of society -political metanarrative. It is shown that socio-cultural bases are always paired with a dominant socio-political and legal intellectual work of the society, its possibilities and limits, are a set of trends and vectors of public government transformation. In the context of the article a model of analysis of socio-cultural implications of state-legal development that has several levels are provided: a) archetypal (moral-cognitive intuition, archetypal codes, images, symbols, basic scripts and forms of political activity); b) "quasiisometries" of archetypal structures; c) empirical -everyday (usual) socio-political interaction and its emotional and psychological component; d) institutional (political institutions, institutional and regulatory activity and other public legal practice); e) doctrinal and ideological-conceptual; f) "quasiisometries" of institutionally-organized public-legal society, consisting of positive (socioculturaly approved) and negative (harmful, dangerous) political and legal phenomena and processes; g) the level of socio-political integrity.

El objetivo de la investigación es determinar el abuso de los derechos en las relaciones jurídicas corporativas. Se utilizaron los aspectos teóricos, metodológicos, conceptuales e institucionales del abuso del derecho por parte de los accionistas en las relaciones con una sociedad anónima. Los resultados mostraron que el abuso de los derechos por parte de los accionistas se entiende como una violación por parte de los accionistas de las reglas básicas de comportamiento corporativo según las cuales un accionista está obligado a ejercer sus derechos e intereses legítimos al tiempo que respeta los derechos de otros accionistas, así como el toda la sociedad anónima.

The presented study examines the epistemological and philosophical and legal problems of the introduction of artificial intelligence systems in law enforcement. The article discusses the problematic implementation and use of artificial intelligence to automate the enforcement process, the judiciary and public administration. It is shown that the latter is considered without taking into account a key factor - the specifics of the intellectual process of bringing the general norm to a particular case. The authors show that for artificial intelligence systems, the contextuality of the principles of law is not achievable, while it is extremely necessary in law enforcement. In AI, contextual intellectual procedures cannot be programmed, since the ratio between the norm and the context of its interpretation involves a break through the hermeneutic circle in which the norm is a part and the context of the norm (industry principles) is a whole. The limited possibilities of using artificial intelligence systems in justice are also discussed, it is proved that digitalization in this area will be only instrumental in nature, and the administrative functions of robotic technologies are quite problematic and generally ineffective in the spiritual, moral and ethical dimension.

In terms of content, the digital economy is a rather complex and multi-level phenomenon, which has both global, regional and national trajectories for the development of software, information services, digital services, etc., and forms fundamentally new national and extraterritorial markets. In addition, the authors point to different trajectories for the development of the digital economy (national, regional, global) and discuss their specifics. The scientific work examines the principles and tasks on forming a system of legal policy priorities and principles in the digital economy of a modern state. The already developed approaches to the formulation of the legal regulation principles for the digital economy in various research projects, existing regulatory legal acts, doctrinal and other legal documents are analyzed. In conclusion, the systematization of conceptual developments is carried out and the key principles of the modern state legal policy in the field of digital transformation of society and stimulation of the digital economy development are formulated on their basis.
