Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kebiasaan sholat fardlu berjamaah di masjid kampus Universitas Islam Nahdlatul Ulama Jepara berpengaruh terhadap kecerdasan emosional mahasiswa fakultas tarbiyah dan ilmu keguruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan instrumen kuisioner, deep interview, dan observasi dengan menggunakan teknik purpose sampling dalam pengambilan sampel penelitian. Di dalam penelitian ini terbukti bahwa kebiasaan sholat berjamaah ternyata berpengaruh positif terhadap kecerdasan emosional. Dengan masing-masing item pertanyaan bobot 100%, diperoleh data sebagai berikut: Mampu mengendalikan dorongan nafsu duniawi 66%, memotivasi diri sendiri 86,6 %, mampu bertahan dalam menghadapi cobaan 80 %, tidak melebih-lebihkan kesenangan 86,6 %, mampu mengatur suasana hati 83,3 %, menjaga agar beban stress tidak melumpuhkan kemampuan berpikir 86,67 %, berempati dan berdoa 76,6 %. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kecerdasan emosional seseorang dapat ditingkatkan dengan salah satunya mewajibkan anak-anak di lingkungan pendidikan baik madrasah, sekolah, perguruan tinggi, serta berbagai lembaga pendidikan untuk mewajibkan kepada peserta didiknya melaksanakan sholat berjamaah sebagai salah satu upaya menambah kecerdasan emosional anak.
This study discusses the interpretation of KH.Misbah Musthofa works. entitled al-Iklil fi Ma’ani al-Tanzil. In this tafsir using the tahlili method and patterns from this tafsir if seen from several opinions have several patterns, but in this writing the writer incorporates Sufistic patterns and al-Ijtima’i manners. In interpreting a verse KH. Misbah Mustofa has a lot through ratio (bi al-Ray’i). The purpose of this study is for the community to always be guided by the Qur’an in life in the world. In addition, this interpretation also criticizes a lot about problems or events that occur in the communityas the author exemplifies the prohibition of family planning. According to KH. Misbah Musthofa by relating the event to the story of Pharaoh. This study is qualitative with a literature analysis from the Qur’an. The results of the study show that the interpretation of al-Iklil fi Ma’ani al-Tanzilis one of the interpretations that have an archipelago pattern with its interpretation using Javanese pegoncharacters. In his interpretation, KH. Misbah Musthofa always explains the meaning of verses clearly and in detail, for example the relationship ofa verse with verses and hadiths. However, when listing a hadith narration, KH. Misbah Musthofa did not include a sanad from the hadith.
<p>This research aims to describe and to analyze about: 1) how to improve professional competence of mismatch teachers in Islamic religious education (PAI) in Islamic ElementarySchool of Pecangaan, 2) the effects on teachers' pedagogic competence, 3) how far the efforts of the mismatch teachers in solving the problem.This research is a descriptive qualitaive research. Based on the object of this research, it is included in a field of research. The methods used in this research are observation, interview and documentation. The result of this research shows: 1) there are efforts reconstructed in Islamic ElementarySchool of Pecangaan used to improve the professional competence of the mismatch teacher, such as: a) involved in a training, b) supervising, c) additional book, d) MGMP; 2) professional competence of the mismatch teachers influence their pedagogic competence, 3) the mismatch teachers condition relates to pedagogic competence create some problems, however the teachers solve them in some steps, they are: a) self adaptation and exercising, b) self study, c) checking references from books and internet, d) self exercising on using electronic media.</p>
