This article discusses the rationale for the implementation of techniques and design of equipment, allowing to assess the quality and authenticity of sparkling wines produced in the Krasnodar region. There is an urgent question about the methods of monitoring and detecting fraud in the production and import of sparkling wines at stable positive tendency to increase volumes of these products. The main drawback of the regulatory documentation is the lack of methods for recognizing the naturalness of products presented to the consumer, which increases the risks of producing products that do not meet the requirements. In this regard, the capabilities of software and hardware systems are shown, which make it possible to assess the quality and authenticity of sparkling and carbonated wines, as well as to study the physicochemical properties of food liquids with a two-phase “liquid-CO2” system. It was established that this set of techniques allows to determine the quality indicators of sparkling and carbonated wines, as well as to analyze the applied technological methods of production and to identify the authenticity of the analyzed object. An analysis of the sparkling properties of wine confirms the influence of the biochemical factor of yeast biomass on the processes of CO2 binding to wine components during champagne and shows a fundamental difference in the cavitation desorption of carbon dioxide from sparkling and carbonated wines.
The paper describes a practical approach which can be used by internal IT organizations to gain their business customers' trust. The variety of customers of the internal IT service provider is limited to internal customers only. The distinguishing feature of the proposed approach is that it is completely practice-oriented, i.e. primarily aimed at building trust among IT service providers and their customers in a particular organization. The approach is based on the idea that there are measurable prerequisites for the emergence of a customer's trust which allow you to partially formalize the IT organization's intention to earn its customers' trust. A model of intra-organizational trust is proposed; it is progressively improved as the IT organization develops its trust-building capabilities. The model comprises all IT service customers in an organization along with their communications and accounts for internal organizational IT service market specifics. A high-level blueprint of the trust model is described which can serve as a starting point when developing a full-scale trust model in a particular IT organization. We present an approach to the trust model improvement which builds upon principles adopted from widely recognized CMMI model. With this approach, an internal IT service provider can benefit from maturity assessment methods to improve its trust building capabilities.
The article discusses factors influencing selection of pumping equipment for oil transport. Also it highlights issues relating improvement of efficiency of the main oil line pump operating at off-design modes.
The article describes design features of sectional BB4 and double case BB5 pumps according to the API 610 requirements applied in water injection systems in order to maintain the reservoir pressure during oil production. The pumps considered are CNSp240-1422 and CNSDp240-1422 produced by HMS Group. Design optimization of casing parts is conducted by means of Finite Element Analysis in order to minimize the mass. The optimization criteria are a static strength and stiffness, and the corresponding results of strength calculation are presented.
