The article deals with fire extinguishing methods at warehouse facilities, environmental and economic risks of their application and ways of how to minimize possible impacts. This is due to the fact that fire extinguishing agents used are not ecologically safe and they damage the environment and humans. Analysis of existing fire protection systems for tanks has shown that all extinguishing methods have drawbacks and are mainly environmentally harmful.
One of the main issues of development of organizational and technological solutions for the rapid construction of transformable low-rise buildings of sandwich panels (transformable low-rise buildings) is to improve the methods of industrial production through the use of high-performance mechanization. Increase of working capital efficiency, which makes prefabricated transformable buildings of sandwich panels the most attractive technical solutions for the investor-customer and allow you to quickly recoup the investment. Traditional measures of improvement of the organization of processes and specific directions of development of the organization of construction production of (transformable low-rise buildings) in modern conditions are given. We highlight the technological component of sustainability, and the specifics of security in the modern conditions of technological development and increasing innovativeness.
Purpose: to analyze the modern display of utopian ideas in architectural activity for the development of innovative directions of organization and forming of the object environment, to identify and define the features of technotopia as a figurative and stylistic direction that combines idealistic and pragmatic principles in architectural creativity. Methods and materials: empirical and theoretical methods of analogy and abstraction focused on analyzing the properties, possibilities and conditions that determine the features of utopian ideas displayed in architectural creativity. A method of generalizing the experience of theoretical knowledge and development in the implementation of innovative technological solutions for architectural objects. Results: A two-level structure of signs of utopia in architectural creativity was developed. An algorithm for transforming ideas about an ideal world is proposed, taking into account the possibilities of practical implementation of technological priorities in architectural activity. The properties of technotopia as a figurative and stylistic direction characterizing the features of the practical implementation of technological priorities of architectural activity have been confirmed. Conclusions: The study of the nature of utopias is one of the key topics and opportunities for the development of promising figurative and stylistic directions in architectural creativity. The fundamental idealistic (utopian) principle of architectural creativity is capable of evolution through integration with the results and possibilities of technological progress of various fields of knowledge. Technological priorities in the organization of architectural space make it possible to significantly expand the possibilities of traditional compositional techniques in solving applied and practical problems of architectural activity.
The possibilities of unconventional technological methods for the formation of low-rise buildings need an adequate scientific and methodological substantiation. The features of the influence of technological component on the nature and methods of forming compositional solutions of low-rise buildings are established. The dependence of the functional quality of construction products (low-rise buildings) on the possibilities of adapting techniques of unconventional technological effectiveness to the practical implementation of compositional and structural solutions of effective architectural systems has been revealed. The structure of promising areas of technological transformation of forms (dynamic architecture) of low-rise buildings is developed. An example of the concept of technological transformation of a mobile architectural system of a low-rise residential building is considered. The main features of the influence of unconventional technological methods on compositional solutions and methods of forming architectural systems of low-rise buildings are determined.
As a result of this research, there has been established a possibility of presenting the multifaceted property of technological effectiveness as a component of spatial composition of architectural image. The author specifies the main features of the multifaceted property of architectural image technological effectiveness. The technological effectiveness of the construction (architectural) system is regarded as having parity in relation to the main functional, constructive and artistic components of the composition solution. There has been established a possibility and feasibility of developing a target function, including a system in quantitative and qualitative indicators, to substantiate the technological effectiveness level of architectural systems for different stages of the life cycle.
