С точки зрения обеспечения безопасности участников уголовного судопроизводства представлен анализ таких видов ограничения поведения подозреваемого или обвиняемого, как запрет общения с определенными лицами, запрет нахождения в определенных местах, запрет посещать определенные мероприятия и участвовать в них. Сформулированы предложения, направленные на оптимизацию механизма применения запрета определенных действий. The article discusses the main aspects of the use of video conferencing during interrogation, confrontation and identification during the preliminary investigation. The authors identified criminal procedural and forensic features of these investigative actions using video conferencing and presented reasonable recommendations for the effective implementation of evidence-based activities. Special attention is paid to the organization and tactics of investigative actions using VKS with the participation of persons in respect of whom security measures are applied. The proposal to improve the tactical provision of interrogation and identification of the protected person in conditions that exclude his visual observation and guarantee the anonymity of his identity is justified. In the course of the study, the method of generalization and comparative analysis of theoretical provisions on the topic under study, as well as special research methods (systemic, comparative-legal, regulatory-logical, etc.) were used as the main method for solving the problem under consideration. Results: the main tactical and procedural features were determined, which, according to the authors, it is advisable to apply during interrogation, confrontation and identification by using video conferencing in pre-trial proceedings. The practical significance of the implementation of new means of increasing the effectiveness of the evidentiary activities of the investigator in criminal proceedings is approved. Attention is focused on tactical recommendations aimed at using the VKS during interrogation and identification with the participation of the protected person.
