Modern economic relations are developing under the influence of digital property that creates conditions for unprecedented socialization of production and new realities in the relations of appropriation and alienation. This requires both theoretical interpretation and practical research. The aim of the article is to identify current trends in the development of digital property and the new economic relations that it forms in the world, to systematize the conditions for digital property in Russia. The authors used the findings of institutional and evolutionary economic theories, political economy, as well as the principles and methods of SWOT-analysis in order to systematize the issue. The paradigm of the development of Russia should be changed from consumption to production of innovative products and technologies of the digital economy. The paper presents the essential characteristics of digital property and a model of the influence of the digital economy and global integration on modern economic relations. Potential opportunities for the economic development in the system of new economic relations were identified due to the SWOT-analysis of the conditions for the development of digital property in Russia. At the same time, endogenous institutional and target restrictions on the development of the digital economy in Russia (as weaknesses), as well as exogenous restrictions in the form of threats were specified. The authors found the strategic modeling of systems engineering education as a long-term basis for the development of the digital economy necessary. The research results can be used in developing national programs.

The article deals with the formation of a new scientific direction - "security" and its component part- "economic security". Their functions, tasks, and place among existing research areas are summarized. The article examines the legal basis of the categories "security" and "economic security", their relationship with management and the economy. The inextricable connection with these scientific directions is proved. The levels of economic security and their essential content are studied. The article considers the activities to ensure economic security at the level of an economic entity: the essence, functions and relationship with other types of management personnel activities. It is concluded that the systems of economic security and internal control are similar.

Relevance and purpose. Entrepreneurship in the Russian Federation, focusing in its activities on the implementation of the principles of the Islamic economy, has great potential for implementation in everyday practice and further development. However, insufficient theoretical elaboration of the problem, the lack of terminological unity in the interpretation of definitions, the imperfection of legal regulation and the almost complete absence of the practice of creating and successfully functioning entrepreneurial structures do not allow us to talk about such entrepreneurship as a fait accompli. The purpose of the study is a literary review of bibliographic sources on the Islamic economy, aimed at introducing the terminological certainty of definitions and determining the possibility of using entrepreneurship in the Russian Federation that focuses on the implementation of the principles of the Islamic economy. Methods and materials of the study - cabinet analysis of studies on the Islamic economy presented in the bibliographic database of scientific publications of Russian scientists “Russian Science Citation Index”. Results of the study: the content of the concept of “Islamic economy” is disclosed, the restrictions on the use of the concept of “Islamic business” in the Russian Federation are identified, the concept of “entrepreneurship in the Russian Federation focusing on the implementation of the principles of the Islamic economy” is clarified, the features are identified, the possibilities for its development in of Russia.
