Communication is one of the most important levers of management that a company can implement for the formation of teams and achieving valuable performance. Communication and management are complementary disciplines and strong business elements for success. Management skills are essential in a business, but all equally important are those relating to the rules for the communication and the way in which a manager knows how to interact with his staff. Being manager not only means to rein in business, but mostly means knowing to coordinate a team, leadership skills and most of all, communicate.

The economic context in the recent years has undergone major changes in modern methods and techniques used in management. The current competitive environment is characterized by permanent turbulences influencing firstly the managerial act itself. Out of the many methods and techniques applied so far, some turn out to be less adaptable to the current economic and social context. In the same train of ideas, the organizations always looking for sources of competitive advantage have the tendency of applying innovation and the new in the field. Another trend noted in the current management is that of going towards using operational management methods that enable the replacement of the current descriptive empirical management with certain regulatory and scientific methods. From this point of view the study aims to highlight the competitive advantage generated by applying the participative management as a management method used within the organizations in order to obtain a better efficiency of the economic activities.

In this paper, the authors propose a basic design of a flexible work cell with a parallel organization, destined for the spot welding of AAV carcasses. The cell is serviced by three industrial TTR robots that perform spot welding operations on the carcasses flowing on the conveyor belt to each of the robots performing this operation. This paper presents economic issues on the value of the robots comprised by the system, the calculus of the entire FWC value, the determination of the FWC static configuration, and evaluates the overall profitability of the cell using elements pertaining to the mathematical game theory and the graph theory, as well.

In order to remain competitive in the current market, organizations must change. There are several ways to accomplish changes by adapting to the market, and one of the most effective tools is adopting an efficient management and performance strategy. The process appears to be a managerial overview of interventions through which a manager provides, organizes, coordinates, and controls the decisions of their employees, for the attainment of unity in terms of economic profitability and social utility.
