The goal of the study is determination of the spatial offset and geographical coordinates of the economic center in the North Caucasus for 2005 – 2015. The methodological base of the study is built on the centographic method. Results. The research in identifying new factors, mechanisms, and models of the national economy growth has intensified recently. The regional and spatial studies aimed at identifying "growth points", "development spaces", etc. that allow to "restart" the internal sources of growth development are an important area. The state of the economic center of the territory (from national to regional) is an important indicator in assessing the dynamics and structure of the growth development. The economic center of the territory can be a criterion; its behavior (offset to the North, South, West, East, as well as the pace and length of offset) can signal changes in factors, methods, and the mechanism of the existing economic growth in the national (regional) economy. The geographical coordinates of the economic center in the North Caucasus for 2005 – 2015 have been defined in this article. New methodological provisions have been considered that allow defining the coordinates of the economic center of the microregion more correctly. The estimated data have been compared with similar data produced by other authors based on different methods; the advantage of the proposed technique has been demonstrated. Clarifications and methods of calculating and interpreting spatial offset and other centers of the national (regional) economy have been proposed. Conclusion. Certain provisions of the method for defining the location (coordinates) of the economic center, in accordance with which the economic center of the North Caucasus is found, have been provided in the article. The economic center of the North Caucasus is unstable and tends to offset.
The purpose of the study was to determine the key priorities and mechanisms for stimulating the innovative activity of regional economies adequate to the goals of ensuring their dynamic stability based on the formation of innovative ecosystems focused on the creation and commercialization of innovations. This study is based on the use of the main provisions of economic synergetics and the ecosystem approach, the use of methods of systemic, logical and comparative analysis, scientific generalization and systematization. Author formulates methodological provisions for achieving dynamic stability of regional development in the context of the actualization of the requirements of a new quality of economic growth, as well as the priorities of regional policy based on the idea of developing innovative ecosystems as complex network structures. The matrix of inter-level interactions suggested as an analytical basis can be demanded when structuring mechanisms for supporting and regulating the development of innovative ecosystems. The applied significance of the obtained results is contingent the promising nature of their use in the development and implementation of regional innovation policy.
Digitalization provides new opportunities for determining the path of sustainable development of agricultural and ecological systems. The article attempts to consider the problems related to the emerging digital divide and the possibility of their leveling accompanying this process both at the international and national levels. Digital transformation is taking place not only in the technology sector and digital companies: its scale extends to all areas of the world economy. It was revealed that digital transformation, accompanied by the development of digital platforms, provides a more complete interaction of agricultural ecosystems with the digital world. Digital platforms have been identified to facilitate the integration of business, social and technological processes that form digital service ecosystems. The main reason for the expansion of the digital segment of agricultural ecosystems is the increase in the transactional sector. The creation of IT platforms based on the digitalization of production and technological processes, jobs; logistics, collaboration of agribusiness entities and public-private partners, consumers, competitors, investors, authorities has been proposed.
