This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the MSME sister business model related to production, marketing, and quality control. This MSME sister business model begins with conducting field observations first, to get Pioneer MSMEs and Assisted MSMEs. Business model innovation is a very important foundation for MSME players. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach with interview methods and field observations of 4 Pioneer MSMEs and 50 Assisted MSMEs. From the results of field observation, 4 Pioneer MSMEs were obtained, namely food, mushroom cultivation, bamboo handcraft, wooden handcraft, and 50 Assisted MSMEs. After that, the equalization of perceptions regarding the MSME sister business model was carried out, training, workshops, and then business cooperation (matching business) was carried out. The contribution of this research is the resolution of the problems faced by MSMEs so far, especially the pros. The plan is to form Pioneer MSMEs and other Assisted MSMEs, to produce better economic growth in Sukabumi Regency in particular and Indonesia in general.
Culinary tourism is an essential basis for assessing the regional creative economy. The main purpose of this study is to determine the development strategy of culinary tourism in Sukabumi. The method used is a SWOT analysis.The culinary tourism development plan begins by looking at the business characteristic and identified culinary problems so that the concept of culinary tourism development appears based on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The results of this analysis, there are similarities in main characteristics and problems that emerges from every culinary entrepreneur. Similarities in goals and directions impacton the similarities of strategy in its development. This research resulted in three stages strategy namelyshort-, medium- and long-term strategy. Promotion and revitalization culinary place are proposed inshort term strategy.In addition, medium term strategy proposes development of human resources while long term strategy propose government policiesin tourism development. The future plans in culinary tourism development should be ina consistent coordination framework so that results positive regional economic growth.
Purpose – This research was conducted at the Office of Youth and Sports, Tourism and Creative Economy (Disporapar). The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership dan motivation on the performance of employees of the Youth and Sports, Tourism and Creative Economy Services (Disporapar). Methodology/approach – The population in this study was 43 people from the Youth and Sports, Tourism, and Creative Economy Service (Disporapar). The method of determining samples in this study used saturated or census samples. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used is the multiple linear regression method. Findings – The findings demonstrated that motivation and leadership have a favorable impact on worker performance. Leadership and motivation had a 60.1% impact on staff performance, while other factors had a 39.9% impact. And the dominant variable that affects employee performance is the leadership variable, it can be concluded that the leadership in the Youth and Sports, Tourism, and Creative Economy Service (Disporapar) has been good in influencing employee performance. Novelty/value – This research discusses theories about human resources and contributes to expanding the literature on leadership, organizational culture, and employee performance from the organizational context.
This study aims to determine cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover, working capital turnover in influencing return on assets (ROA) in cement companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 - 2019. This study uses an explanatory analysis method with a quantitative approach, namely a research method that intends to explain the position of the variable under study and the causal relationship between one variable and another through hypothesis testing and focuses on variable problems with concepts that have value and looking for relationships between these variables. Hypothesis test results show that cash turnover to ROA is tcount -1,204 <ttable 2,365 and sig t 0,268> 0,05, turnover of accounts receivable to ROA is calculated from tcount 0.078 <ttable 2.365, and sig t 0.940> 0.05, inventory turnover at ROA where the value of t count -1.099 <t table 2.365, and sig t 0.308> 0.05, and the turnover of working capital to ROA, the calculation is t count 0.628 <t table 2.365, and sig t 0.550> 0.05, which explains that all independent variables have no significant effect on ROA. While cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover, and working capital turnover together (simultaneously) do not have a significant effect on return on assets, the calculation results show Fcount 0.672 <Ftable 4.120 and the significance is 0.632> 0.05. Based on the analysis of the coefficient of determination, the effect of cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover, and working capital turnover on return on assets is 27.8%, the remaining 72.2% is influenced by other factors not examined.
Karyawan perusahaan memiliki peranan penting dalam kelangsungan jangka panjang perkembangannya. Anomali yang terjadi pada CV Agung Dipo Persada Sukabumi adalah masih rendahnya kinerja karyawan. Bagaimana mendeskripsikan kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja Agung Dipo Persada Sukabumi pada perusahaannya menjadi pokok bahasan penelitian ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui lebih jauh bagaimana kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan CV Agung Dipo Persada Sukabumi. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dari seluruh karyawan CV Agung Dipo Persada Sukabumi yang berjumlah 35 orang. Untuk menggunakan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel, metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah teknik studi sensus populasi dan metode kuesioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Dari hasil olah data regresi berganda diperoleh variable kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh sebesar 50% dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 50% dipengaruhi oleh variable lain yang tidak diteliti.
