These references will direct the more discriminating reader to additional sources of information pertaining to more abstruse legal precepts. For the field of criminal procedure, this type of information is inappropriate for inclusion into a book of this nature. The author was surely aware of this and opted to supply interested readers with supplementary references and citations.
