As the number of smartphone users grows, the smartphone's function in healthcare has evolved from a device that is used to arrange doctor appointments via the internet rather than the traditional approach. Mobile apps are a convenient way to track and collect data in order to combat the spread of COVID-19. To ensure that the right to privacy and civil liberties are maintained, we report on our investigation of 50 COVID -19- related apps, including their access to and use of personally identifiable information. Reservations are made at the doctor over the Internet, and an appointment is arranged for the visit and medical examination at a certain time, resulting in a reduction in the spread of the virus, especially in pandemic conditions such as Covid-19. Additionally, this provides a service for saving data and health files in the cloud on the Internet to retrieve information when needed, and not wasting these files and health papers while providing protection for them in terms of patient privacy. Designing an application (App) functioning on IOS and Android systems which works in mobile devices easily to provide the ability to book a doctor appointment from App. The App is a link between the patient and the doctor to reduce the patient’s presence in health centers and medical facilities which are good centers for transmission of infection, especially in COVID-19. During the design of app, we have considered the low speed of data throughput especially for IRAQ.
The indirect vector control system can realize the on-line identification of the rotor time constant based on electromagnetic torque. However, still effective range of the torque model is suitable only for heavy load conditions. In this paper, an improved torque tracking model is constructed by modifying the conventional torque model with rotor time constant identification. Through the establishment of the small signal model of the identification system, the stability of the torque model is deeply analyzed, and it is concluded that the torque model has two balance points, namely the expected balance point and the error balance point; the error balance point limits the scope of the torque model root cause. The simulation show that the problem of unbalance point can be avoided with the aid of the proposed algorithm. In addition, the design ideas of proportional-integral adaptive law parameters are given from the two perspectives of system stable operation and optimal convergence process.
The number of users for developed devices (e.g., mobile, tablet, laptop, iPad, computer) increased rapidly. This trend is expected to continue in the next upcoming years. Thus, the number of users will rapidly increase, which will cause a high demand for capacity in wireless access networks. In addition, they will cause high energy and power consumption. Heterogeneous network (HetNet) is one of the most promising network approaches to achieve high capacity and improve energy efficiency (EE). In This piper, will investigate the sleep mode mechanism to improve EE and reduce power consumption. When companies design communication network systems, they are considered the network service at peak load hour. Peak traffic load happens a few hours a day, but the rest of the time most of the power is wasted. The sleep mode mechanism is used by switching Micro and Pico base stations (BSs) when the traffic load is low or medium. Simulation results show that EE gain can be achieved 46.68% and 79.77%, when the traffic load is medium or low. <span>In this paper, efficiency maximization of induction motor variable frequency speed regulation system based on torque per power (TPP) index is proposed. The detail of the mathematical model of the induction motor considering the iron loss and the rotor field orientation, the relationship between the motor torque loss power ratio and the motor speed and slip frequency presented. The functional relationship between the torque loss power ratio and the motor speed and slip is derived, and the derivative is obtained to find the optimal slip frequency corresponding to the maximum value. The simulation model and experimental platform of the control system were built in Matlab/Simulink to verify the effectiveness of the method. The result approved the torque loss power ratio takes the maximum value, the high energy efficiency operation with the minimum power loss of the motor control system is realized.</span>
Induction motor drive control and estimation is a wide subject. The market for variable speed drives has grown dramatically in the last few years. Manufacturers have recognized the importance of not only managing the speed or torque range, but also reducing power consumption. This necessitates the development of new control algorithms and schemes to include these solutions. Indeed, the speed estimate must be employed in one or more regions of the control scheme, depending on the control objective. This concept, as well as the most common speed estimation methodologies, is investigated. Currently, many tools can be used for the evaluation of the rotor speed without a speed sensor. By modern signal processing methods, it is possible to implement an estimation scheme with the possibility of monitoring currents and voltages. Therefore, in this paper, the concept of currents, speed and fluxes estimation based on the extended Kalman filter is proposed. By monitoring the ratio of the theoretical residual to the actual residual, the measured noise covariance matrix is recursively corrected online to make it gradually approach the real noise level. So that the filter performs the optimal estimation, improves the accuracy of the speed estimation. The effect of the load change on the currents, fluxes and speed estimation was also studied. Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed improved adaptive extended Kalman estimator has a strong ability to suppress random measurement noise. The experimental and simulation results prove the accuracy of the proposed scheme towards the state estimation of an induction motor at different load levels. It can accurately estimate the speed of the motor and has a good anti-error ability to meet the actual needs of the project.
