This study inspect and analyzes the impact of government support on SME performance both directly and indirectly through innovation. The sample in this study was 165 SMEs in East Java which focused on several regencies / cities which were the eastern development corridor area and had a distinctive superior food and beverage business. The collected data is then analyzed using path analysis. Of the four hypotheses proposed in this study, all were accepted. The results of testing the hypothesis of direct influence indicate that government support influences the performance of SMEs, government support influences SMEs innovation, and innovation influences the performance of SMEs. The results of hypothesis testing indirect effects indicate that government support influences the performance of SMEs through innovation.

Inovasi produk yaitu sesuatu yang dapat dilihat sebagai kemajuan fungsional produk yang dapat membawa produk selangkah lebih maju dibandingkan dengan produk pesaing. Tujuan utama dari inovasi produk adalah untuk memenuhi permintaan pasar sehingga produk inovasi merupakan salah satu yang dapat digunakan sebagai keunggulan bersaing bagi perusahaan. Pelanggan umumnya menginginkan produk-produk yang inovatif sesuai dengan keinginan mereka. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dimulai tanggal 17 Oktober 2021 sampai dengan 30 November 2021 di UMKM Filter Coffee milik Bapak Dwi Nofiyanata, Desa Kemuningsari, Kecamatan Jember. Kegiatan ini melibatjab 6 mahasiswa dari Progam Studi Ilmu Administrasi Negara dan Niaga. Metode kegiatan yang dilaksanakan yaitu observasi mahasiswa dan Dosen, sosialisasi pentingnya inovasi, pelatihan inovasi produk, monitoring dan evaluasi progam pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Tujuan kegiatan adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pendapatan usaha Filter Coffee milik Bapak Dwi Nofiyanata melalui progam inovasi produk.Hasil kegiatan ini adalalah UMKM Filter Coffee milik Bapak Dwi Nofiyanata telah memiliki produk inovasi yaitu parfum kopi. Bapak Dwi Nofiyanata mampu melakukan edukasi dan praktik inovasi kepada karyawan sehingga dapat membuat produk inovasi. Produk parfum kopi dikemas dengan kain goni rajut ukuran 15 cm x 8 cm serta diberi label sehingga terlihat lebih menarik. Parfum kopi memiliki manfaat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, diantaranya menghilangkan aroma tidak sedap di ruangan, sebagai penghias kendaraan roda empat dan bisa menjadikan parfum aroma dalam sebuah ruangan.

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style and motivation on employee performance. This research is a quantitative research with causal associative research type. The sample in this study were 33 employees of UD. Kurnia Genteng which was taken using a non-probability sampling technique, namely a saturated sample. This study uses multiple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS 26 software. This study has three hypotheses, two of which are accepted and one is rejected. Simultaneous test results show that leadership style and motivation simultaneously affect employee performance. The results of the partial test show that leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance of 2.669 with a significance of 0.011, while motivation has no significant effect on employee performance of 0.325 with a significance of 0.747.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Fingerprint Attendance and Work Motivation on Employee Discipline at CV. Indoraga Persada Jember. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were employees and field workers at CV. Indoraga Persada. Sampling in this study used a saturated sample technique. A total of 63 respondents. The method of analysis carried out in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 21 software. The results showed that finger print attendance and work motivation had an effect of 9.3% on employee discipline, which was known as F of 4.176.
