The use of automatic information systems for risk analysis from other countries in Ukraine is extremely difficult due to the lack of databases on factors affecting risk, not only at the regional but also at the state level. Therefore, it became necessary to create an economicmathematical model for information processing, including incomplete data, on factors affecting risks for use in the agricultural sector of Ukraine. Such a model was formalized, created and tested. The developed economic-mathematical model of the risk analysis system presupposes the necessity of preliminary statement of the task by an expert in the field of agriculture and further automatic work of the software complex adapted to the conditions of use by specialists in economic and mathematical modeling. Because of there are mostly no databases in Ukraine on factors affecting risks, it is needful to evaluate and use incomplete data or data for limited time intervals. One of the components of the algorithm is the method of simulation. The automatic information system for risk analysis generates so-called pseudo-random sequences and gradually verifies the reliability of their description of each of the risks named by the expert, specific to this particular task for the farms. Such a method has already been tested on tasks whose solution was faced with a lack of statistical information, and the impossibility of using analytical methods. Reducing the execution time of the task is facilitated by the formation of a library of working arrays, which accumulates during the operation of an automatic risk analysis system. Reducing the time of the task is facilitated by the formation of library tool working arrays, which accumulates during the operation of the automatic risk analysis system. To simplify the processing of incoming information and work out calculations, it is suggested to use a parametric model. This method was borrowed from the experience of using gert-networks. To test the effectiveness of the developed algorithm, a risk calculation has been made for farms that grow cereals, legumes and sunflowers. The results of the calculation showed reliable values of risk factors. It was determined which of the risks is more significant for the producers of these agricultural products.
The efficiency of the enterprise is always an important issue, especially when it concerns agricultural enterprises, which depend on the influence of many factors and weather conditions in the first place. The purpose of the study was to investigate the system of economic factors that determine the efficiency of agricultural enterprises in 2014-2018 and identify the main reasons for the decrease in the efficiency of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine. Its implementation was ensured by a study conducted with the use of such methods as abstract-logical, comparative, synthesis, economic-statistical, tabular, and graphical. Several factors that influenced the efficiency of agricultural enterprises of Ukraine during the research period were identified. Thus, in 2018, the number of enterprises engaged in agricultural activities increased by 6.5%, which in turn increased competition in the agricultura market of Ukraine. The negative factors influencing the efficiency of agricultural enterprises included the underdevelopment of the labour market and the redundancy of the village. Low wages in agriculture demotivates the population to find employment in such enterprises, which reduces the efficiency of agricultural enterprises. The study shows a positive dynamic of changes in gross output, including gross agricultural output per 100 hectares of agricultural land, which increased in 2018 compared to 2010 and 2016 by 69% and 9.4%, respectively. Negative factors include a decrease in fixed capital efficiency by 9% and the level of profitability of agricultural enterprises by 12.1% in 2016-2018. Thus, based on the above material, the study proposed measures to improve the efficiency of agricultural enterprises such as the gradual transition of agricultural enterprises to production with the use of technological maps, the establishment of a progressive system of remuneration of personnel from the results, systematic monitoring of performance indicators. Issues of state regulation of the efficiency of agricultural enterprises require further research.
Abstract. Introduction. It is the stock exchanges that ensure the movement of securities and financial instruments through the organized market, using price insurance instruments. Unfortunately, in Ukraine the activity of stock exchanges at the present stage of development is only in the process of formation and the volume of concluded agreements in comparison with other countries is insignificant. In this regard, it is necessary to identify the problems of stock exchanges in Ukraine and outline the steps to solve them. Purpose. The purpose of the work is to identify the peculiarities of functioning, analysis of the dynamics of indicators of Ukrainian stock exchanges as an organized part of the stock market and identify problems of their development. Results. The article examines the current state of functioning of stock exchanges in Ukraine, namely: their qualitative and quantitative state, the volume of contracts in the securities market, the ratio of trading in the securities market to GDP in Ukraine. The share of major stock exchanges in the organization of trade in shares, corporate bonds, government bonds, investment certificates and derivatives is considered. It was found that the largest volume of trades in financial instruments on trade organizers during this period was recorded with Domestic government bonds. Indicators of stimulation of stock exchanges development and efficiency of their functioning are determined. Conclusions. Based on the results of the study, the main problems of the functioning of stock exchanges in Ukraine are outlined. The main directions of further development of stock exchanges have been formed. An important step in the further development of stock exchanges should be the regulation of the legal and regulatory framework and increase the level of manufacturability of stock trading, as well as the introduction of modified versions of software.
Abstract. Introduction. The agricultural sector is an important component of the economy of Ukraine and has a decisive influence on the socio-economic development of the regions and the general standard of living of the population. Ukraine is one of the leading producers of agricultural products in the world, but at the same time, the country's agriculture has significant problems, such as low production efficiency, backwardness of technologies, insufficient financing, underdeveloped infrastructure, and others. The study of the determinants of the economic development of agriculture in Ukraine will help determine the key factors that influence the development of this industry and develop effective measures to improve its condition. Such factors include the political situation, human resources, legal support, the level of technological equipment, the level of state support, the degree of competition in the market, and others. Purpose. The purpose of the artіcle іs to reveal the іnfluence of the maіn determіnants on the economіc development of agrіculture іn Ukraіne. Results. According to the results of the conducted research, the priority factors of the economic development of agriculture in Ukraine are outlined: balanced state regulation; creation of incentives for the development of small and mediumsized enterprises engaged in agricultural production products by encouraging them to invest in startups, as well as in innovative modern technologies; unification of farmers into production and service agricultural cooperatives; increase in the specific weight of livestock products in the structure of Ukraine's GDP; transition to resource-saving and energy-saving production technologies products; increasing the production of ecologically safe products; compliance with the principles of circular economy. Conclusіons. The economic development of agriculture is formed and ensured by determinants that have a tendency to change, influence in a specific period of time or in a specific situation. The principles of agricultural development in the field of production organization are the balance of its development according to economic, technological, social and ecological determinants. In modern conditions, the political and legal determinant is gaining increasing importance. This proves the need for constant monitoring of such changes.
