This article compares biogas plants for waste processing of various modifications, discusses their advantages and disadvantages, and describes a biogas plant of its own design of horizontal type, taking into account the local climatic and economic conditions of the development of farms in Kazakhstan. Considered the application of the bioreactor of its own production, which is developed taking into account the peculiarities of the methane fermentation process and climatic factors of Kazakhstan. The development of biogas technologies in the countries of the far and near abroad is described. The analysis of mathematical models of anaerobic digestion processes is carried out, several modeling directions are considered: models based on equations of chemical reactions (works by Buswell, Muller, Boyle, etc.), on empirical dependencies (works by Safili, Westerman. Models), based on kinetic dependences on the concentration of the substrate and cells or on the inhibition process (the work of Mono, Konto, Moser, Chen and Hashimoto). The models proposed by Druzyanov V.P. and Egorova E.N. are also considered, which take into account the dependence of metabolism on the rate of mass transfer, on the power of spontaneous mixing. But all the proposed models are generalizing, and are applicable only in laboratory conditions, and do not consider parameters such as the concentration of micro-macroelements (K, Na, Ca, Mg, Mo, etc.), VFA indicators, C/N ratio, pH, degree of grinding - n, humidity, etc. The effects of which on the fermentation process in the methane tank are more significant when used on an industrial scale. Based on the materials studied, a comparative analysis of all available mathematical models of anaerobic fermentation in three directions was carried out and their advantages and disadvantages were studied. At the same time, all these studied models are applicable only in laboratory conditions and are difficult to apply on an industrial scale. Thus, we have built our own mathematical model using regression analysis methods, taking into account a variety of influencing factors used on an industrial scale.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
