The gas transportation of Central Asian countries has been traditionally main part of their economic sector, because of geographical location and natural resources. Geographical and geopolitical Central Asia has significant commercial and political consequences across the region, and there gas production and export potential of the key Central Asia plays key role of gas transportation sector. Central Asian located in the centre of Eurasian continent and its transportation gas sector has very less implications in the global marketplace. Nowadays, geo-strategic role of this region is very low on global energy market. Central Asia is an important region of the Eurasian continent, touching Asia in the East and Europe in the West. The region is rich in oil, gas, gold, uranium ore and other underground minerals, and occupies an important geopolitical and strategic position, in which historically interests converged and intertwined diverse forces. This region surrounded by the giant powers Russia and China is still and strongly influenced by the unstable situation in the Middle East, Afghanistan, Pakistan and other adjacent regions. In addition, in the context of the expected increase in demand for energy resources in China, India and other Asian countries, reliable supplies of oil and natural gas from the Central Asian region contribute to the stabilization of the international energy market, in connection with which the importance of this region in terms of providing energy security.
Reliability and performance of information-control systems and their elements and nodes issues of quality improvement methods of identification and management of technological objects and networks and considered based on the models. Analytical of certain methods of control of neural networks were reviewed and given the advantages and disadvantages of each of them. A classification of control methods of neural networks was proposed. An imitative neural control circuit was analyzed, the main component of which is a neural network with the help of an existing regulator. Features of neural control, in particular, from two neural networks at the same time based on the usage, error passing through the feed back directly through the neuroemulator is described based on the method, and the second - as a direct neuroemulator acts as a regulator, Inverse error passing directly through the neuroemulator A method is presented for better control quality compared to previously considered methods provides.
In the 21st century, many global challenges such as the instability of economic development, social inequality of the population, climate change have escalated and posed a significant threat to the achievement of sustainable development goals. As is known, until recently, in many countries of the world, the model of accelerated build-up of productive forces was dominated by the extensive use of natural resources, which causes great damage to the environment. Thus, the implemented model of increasing production essentially provided "growth without development." Such a development model is typical for many developing countries, including the countries of the post-Soviet space, including Uzbekistan. Therefore, the world community has come to the conclusion that it is necessary to search for ways of economic growth that do not increase the burden on natural resources and move to a new model of sustainable development. Uzbekistan is currently receiving close attention from the international community and the country is striving to ensure the sustainability of development not only through the use of rich natural resources, but also through the transition to innovative development based on the principles of the "green economy". Only on this basis is it possible to achieve the goals of sustainable development in Uzbekistan.
The main feature of present stage in global economic system development is the overcome of global financial crisis and global financial architecture reformation, which requires anti-crisis adjustment in monetary policy. There are two important issue related to realization of anti-crisis program: the relation of anti-crisis policy nature and purpose to national economic development strategy and final aim of economic policy. The second important issue is elimination of contradictions between national policy (interests) and global values. The given article focuses on the features of national economy development on conditions of world economic crisis and the post crisis period, the role of government as the basic actor in economy management, the principal direction of the anti-crisis program and measures of Uzbekistan.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
