TRAINING ON DEVELOPMENT OF AL-QURAN INTEGRATED SCIENCE LEARNING DEVICES BASED ON BLENDED LEARNING. One thing that the teacher must prepare before carrying out learning is learning tools. To prepare for this, teachers must always update their knowledge by referring to the needs of students and following technological developments. One of the needs of today's students is assistance to have good morals and technology-based learning because current students are students known as Generation Z. So that training is carried out on the development of integrated learning tools for integrated Al-Quran based on blended learning. The method used in this service activity is the method of training and technology substitution. The results of this activity showed that there was an increase in participants' knowledge about blended learning, how to integrate the Quran and science in learning, and an increase in the motivation of teachers in developing integrated science learning tools that integrated Al-Quran based on blended learning that could really be applied in learning activities.
Integrasi Al-Qur’an dan Sains merupakan salah satu ciri khas Madrasah. Namun, terdapat perbedaan pendapat di kalangan guru tentang kewajiban melaksanakan pembelajaran IPA yang terintegrasi dengan Al-Qur'an. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan penelitian tentang bagaimana persepsi guru tentang integrasi Al-Qur'an dan Sains dalam pembelajaran, khususnya dalam pembelajaran IPA. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei dengan memberikan angket kepada guru-guru yang tergabung dalam MGMP IPA MTs se-Kota Padang. Dari 50 guru yang tergabung dalam MGMP terdapat 47 guru yang mengisi angket. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sebagian besar guru setuju bahwa bentuk hubungan antara Sains dan Al-Qur'an adalah terintegrasi. Namun, dalam melaksanakan integrasi Al-Quran dan Sains, seharusnya tidak hanya menjadi tanggung jawab guru IPA, tetapi juga menjadi tanggungjawab guru Agama. Guru juga merasa perlu mengikuti berbagai pelatihan agar mampu melaksanakan pembelajaran IPA yang terintegrasi dengan Al-Qur’an dengan baik.
Abstract. The electrodeposition of Fe 3 O 4 layer from the solution Fe 2 (SO 4 ) 3 with the addition of ethylene glycol on Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) substrate has been performed. The electrodeposition was carried out using a voltage of 5 volts for 120 seconds, with and without the addition of 2% wt ethylene glycol. Significant effects of temperature on the resulting the samples is observed when they are heated at 400 °C. Structural characterization using X-ray diffraction (XRD) shows that all samples produce a layer of Fe 3 O 4 with particle size less than 50 nanometers. The addition of ethylene glycol and the heating of the sample causes a shrinkage in particle size. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) characterization shows that Fe 3 O 4 layer resulting from the process of electrodeposition of Fe 2 (SO 4 ) 3 without ethylene glycol, independent of whether the sample is heated or not, is uneven and buildup. Layer produced by the addition of ethylene glycol without heating produces spherical particles. On contrary, when the layer is heated the spherical particles transform to irregularly-shaped particles with smaller size.
