ÖZET Hepatit C virüsü (HCV)Flaviviridae Hepatitis C virus (HCV) is a member of Flaviviridae family and its RNA genome has high genetic heterogenity. In HCV infections, duration of treatment and the response to therapy are strongly related to HCV genotypes. In this study we aimed to identify the distribution of hepatitis C virus genotypes in patients with chronic hepatitis C infection and its association with serum alanine aminotransferases (ALT) and quantitative serum HCV
