This research was done in Implementing Agency for Agricultural Extension of Fisheries and Forestry Gorontalo City. This research purpose is to design and implementing a Decision Support System to determine agricultural extension agents at the Fishery and Forestry Extension Implementing Agency (BP4K) of Gorontalo City. Researcher will using a multicriteria support decision system named Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP).With sub-criteria: credit score (K1), duration of promotion (K2), agricultural extension preparation activities (K3), Agricultural extension activities (K4), evaluation activities and agricultural extension reporting in the last 3 years (K5) agriculture in the last 3 years (K6), Professional development activities in the last 3 years (K7), Acquired awards / tandajasa (K8).Based on the results of processing with Analytical Hierarchy Process method is quite effective in accelerating the decision-making process by solving the problem into its parts.
Tingginya beban listrik yang mencapai 325 MegaWatt, hal ini merupakan perhatian penting bagi pemerintah Provinsi Gorontalo dalam kebutuhan energi listrik, maka perlu memprediksi lama penyinaran matarahari pada suatu daerah, Energi sel surya salah satunya bergantung pada lamanya penyinaran cahaya matahari. Diantaranya dengan melakukan perancangan model prediksi. Metode prediksi yang mimiliki nilai error terkecil adalah Neural Network, akan tetapi masih adanya kelemahan pada waktu pelatihan untuk mencapai konvergen dan overfitting. Maka perlu dilakukan optimalisasi pada bobot jaringan dengan menggunakan Particle Swarm Optimazition, yang merupakan salah satu metode terbaik dalam optimasi. Dengan penggunaan optimasi yang diukur melalui hasil peroleha Root Mean Square Error (RMSE). Hasil pengujian terhadap algoritma menunjukkan bahwa nilai RMSE mengunakan Neural Network 0,131, sedangkan dengan penerapan optimasi dengan particle swarm optimization hasil RMSE 0,127. Dengan penerapan metode optimasi terserbut dapat mengurangi nilai error
Tourists are an integral part of the world of tourism. Generally tourists visit to see the diversity of an area. In Gorontalo, several tourist attractions have been visited by domestic and foreign tourists. This is certainly a large amount so that it can help improve economic growth in Gorontalo from the tourism sector. Therefore the need for knowledge of the number of tourists for the coming year. So that, it can provide an analysis of the consideration of the decision to the government to be able to prepare steps in building the economy of the tourism sector. The number of tourists can be made a prediction using the method in data mining namely the Neural Network. Neural Network is a good method for predicting non-linear datasets such as number of tourists. with the Neural Network method it can be done. Not only that, Genetic Algorithm will be used to optimize the parameters of the Neural Network so that it can increase the accuracy value that can be measured with the Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) value. The results of this study indicate that the value of RMSE for domestic tourist data as follows: Gorontalo City: 0.116, Gorontalo Regency: 0.220, Boalemo: 0.073, Pohuwato: 0.142, Bone Bolango: 0.078, North Gorontalo: 0.093. For foreign tourists, Gorontalo City: 0.117, Gorontalo Regency: 0.178, Boalemo: 0.075, Pohuwato: 0.099, Bone Bolango: 0.124, North Gorontalo: 0.155.
Radio broadcasting is one of the mass media that is closely related to the needs of the community that can provide various kinds of information, entertainment, and education. Community's satisfaction is the main thing in broadcasting services and becomes a benchmark in improving radio broadcasting services. Sample data used 339 data of respondents. The test results from the model that have been carried out by testing the level of accuracy using the Confusion Matrix, the results of the measurement accuracy are 97.94%, class precision for the satisfaction category is 98.39% and the NOT SATISFIED category is 93.10%. therefore concluded that C4.5 alogarithm can be applied to the process of analyzing public satisfaction with the broadcast service of RRI Gorontalo.
