Abstract. This research was motivated by the large use of animal feed from unclean goods as staple food for livestock, especially in one of the catfish farms in Kampung Pojok Cigondewah. The online provision of animal feed for unclean goods aims to reduce farm operational costs. This study aims to analyze the provision of animal feed based on the MUI Fatwa No. 52 of 2012 concerning the Law of Livestock Feeding from Unclean Goods. This study uses a qualitative type of research with a normative juridical approach, with the data sources used are interviews, books, articles, journals, internet and various literature sources that support the research. Based on the research and analysis that has been done, the provision of feed at the Kampung Pojok Cigondewah farm is not in accordance with the provisions contained in the MUI Fatwa No. 52 of 2012 concerning the Law of Livestock Feeding from Unclean Goods. Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh banyaknya penggunaan pakan ternak dari barang najis sebagai makanan pokok ternak, terutama di salah satu peternakan lele Kampung Pojok Cigondewah. Pemberian pakan ternak daring barang najis ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi biaya oprasional peternakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemberian pakan ternak yang berpedoman pada Fatwa MUI No.52 Tahun 2012 Tentang Hukum Hewan Ternak Yang Diberi Pakan Dari Barang Najis. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif, dengan sumber data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, buku, artikel, jurnal, internet dan berbagai sumber literatur yang mendukung penelitian. Berdasarkan penelitian dan analisis yang sudah dilakukan, pemberian pakan di peternakan Kampung Pojok Cigondewah belum sesuai dengan ketetuan-ketentuan yang ada di dalam Fatwa MUI No.52 Tahun 2012 Tentang Hukum Hewan Ternak Yang Diberi Pakan Dari Barang Najis.
