Thistime the world is covered by environmental issues in the form of climate change, the use of natural resources that do not pay attention to the environment, and the sale of products that are not environmentally friendly, and currently the millennial enerasi is a generation that is a lot in Indonesia with a proportion of 33.75%, as a generation that is quite large, the millennial generation in the future has a considerable answer to the issue. environmental preservation and use of green products. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of environmental knowledge variables and social influence variables on green product buying intentions, both directly and indirectly through attitude variables as mediation variables. This type of quantitative research is used by collecting data using questionnaires on millennial respondents totaling 150 respondents. The data is analyzed using the SEM PLS approach. The results showed that variable social influences and attitudes had a positive and significant effect on the intention to buy green products. Variable environmental knowledge and social influences have a positive and significant effect on attitudes. While the variable of environmental knowledge does not have a significant effect on the intention to buy green products. The interesting result is that mediation gives the result that variables of environmental knowledge and variables of social influence have a positive and significant effect on the intention of buying green products through attitude variables as mediation variables.
PT. X is a company engaged in shipping services. This company has a spare part storage warehouse that is not yet effective and efficient. This can be seen from the placement of items that are not suitable and require a long time in the process of picking up goods. This study aims to redesign the layout of the storage warehouse using the shared storage method. Shared storage is a method of arranging a storage area based on the warehouse floor area by placing the items that are sent immediately closest to the door, and so on. This method uses the FIFO (first in first out) principle so that the outbound process is easier and takes less time to search for goods. Based on the processing using the shared storage method, a proposal is made to improve the layout by adding 2 storage racks arranged by product type. The previous pallet 1210 became 3234. Forging of storage racks takes into account the size of the demand, so that products with more demand are placed in the area close to the door. With this, there are no more products stored in any area, and product collection will be easier and faster
PT XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan pengelola kelapa sawit di area Sumatera. Proporsi terbesar bahan baku yang diolah berasal dari kebun inti. Sistem persediaan push system seperti ini mengakibatkan perusahaan melakukan produksi terus menerus, sehingga keandalan mesin menjadi sangat penting. Replenishment persediaan material & spare part yang mendukung aktivitas penggunaan mesin, tidak dapat dilakukan secara mendadak ketika dibutuhkan. Ketersediaan yang terlalu tinggi dapat mengakibatkan overstock yang berakitbat tingginya biaya simpan serta risiko penyimpanan produk bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghitung jumlah minimal dan jumlah maksimal persediaan material dan sapre part yang memiliki tingkat stockout tertinggi pada gudang material di PT XYZ. Perhitungan dilakukan dengan metode Minimum-Maximum Stock Level (MMSL) pada material oxygen isi ulang, oli turalik, baut mur ¾ x 3” baja, baut mur ¾ x 4” baja , kawat las RB 26 dia. 3,2 mm, dan kawat las LB 52 U dia. 3,2 mm. Dalam perhitungan MMSL, juga ditentukan penentuan jumlah pemesanan optimal menggunakan Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) basic. Hasil perhitungan menampilkan level minimum, level maksimum dan jumlah pemesanan optimal untuk keenam material. Hasil perhitungan selanjutnya dibandingkan dengan data aktual dan ditemukan bahwa tingkat ketidakpastian yang besar menyebabkan hasil pethitungan level minimum menjadi tinggi dan rentang antara level minimum-maksimum menjadi sempit. Salah satu aspek perhitungan adalah demand rate yang dikalkulasikan dengan membagi demand annual dengan jumlah hari kerja. Justifikasi seperti ini tidak sebaiknya digunakan pada data dengan fluktuasi yang tinggi. Sehingga, perhitungan Minimum-Maximum Stock Level (MMSL) dengan mangakomodir EOQ basic sebaiknya digunakan pada data dengan standar deviasi yang tidak terlalu besar.
