The increasingly rapid flow of technological development is now a tool to improve backwardness, renew the system, as well as a means of improvement in various aspects of life. For companies, the development of information and communication technology is a new innovation or breakthrough to improve service quality. Various benefits provided by technology and information. However, if not handled properly, technology and information will become a boomerang for an organization. HRIS is the application of HRM functions in the application of information and communication technology. The concept of HRIS as a digital form of HRM is increasing along with the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic which has caused a large loss impact on all lines of life. The limitation of social interaction in an effort to prevent the wider spread of covid-19 and the higher number of casualties causes business activities to stall. This research uses quantitative methods with a study sample of 100 randomly selected. This study aims to see how clarity of high-tech goals in human resources management, perceived benefits, perceived ease of use, company conditions that can influence attitudes towards HRIS.
In conducting the assessment in accordance with the 2013 curriculum, a teacher is required to apply an authentic assessment in accordance with the Standards of Assessment. Teachers are also required to have the ability to make conformity between assessment techniques and assessment instruments which are the requirements of instruments that have been set in Permendikbud No. 66 of 2013. However, in fact teachers are difficult to make assessment instruments tailored to the form of assessment. This study aims to understand more about the ability of PAI teachers in conducting learning evaluation through non-test assessment (authentic assessment). In this study, researchers used qualitative research with case study research. The data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The result of this research shows that PAI teacher in SMA 53 Jakarta has understood in doing authentic assessment planning through learning implementation plan (RPP). As for carrying out authentic assessment actually PAI teacher in SMA 53 Jakarta has been able, just because of lack of self motivation or work ethic in teacher to do pedagogic competence, and also professional attitude especially in doing assessment or evaluation. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami lebih dalam tentang kemampuan guru PAI dalam melakukan evaluasi pembelajaran melalui penilaian non tes (penilaian autentik). Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan penelitian yang bersifat kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa guru PAI di SMA Negeri 53 Jakarta sudah paham dalam melakukan perencanaan penilaian autentik melalui rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP). Adapun dalam melaksanakan penilaian autentik sebenarnya guru PAI di SMA Negeri 53 Jakarta telah mampu, hanya karena kurangnya motivasi diri atau etos kerja dalam diri guru untuk melakukan kompetensi pedagogik, serta sikap profesional khusunya dalam melakukan penilaian atau evaluasi.
This study discusses school-based management in relation to developing the quality of students. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the steps of each component of school management that affect the quality development of students. To approach this problem, the theoretical references used by G.A. Cole regarding open system management, and also a theory about the concept Total Quality Management. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data collection was obtained through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. This study concludes that the development of the quality of students can be supported through a good management process, the components that influence it include the instrumental input component, including the role of a good headmaster, competent educational resources and teaching staff, complete and supporting infrastructure facilities, components environmental input includes establishing good relations with the school environment, parents, and related institutions, the process component includes the management of a conducive learning process, and the implementation of school culture as a manifest of the hidden curriculum, the output component is enhancement the quality of students.
This study aims to analyze the development of self-reflection and collaboration skills of students through the implementation of a team-based project model in learning for micro-teaching courses. The research was conducted at the State University of Jakarta, with the research subjects were 41 students. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation, interviews, and self-reflection questionnaires. The results showed that 72.1% of students always evaluate their performance and try to do better in teaching practice based on self-reflection results. The aspect that needs to be improved is speaking skills in front of the class (public speaking). Meanwhile, student collaboration skills have shown to be good, as indicated by the synergy in identifying, researching, analyzing, and formulating answers and solutions to the problems found and stated in the project report.
