The development of Islamic finance industry in many countries, it has not been in line with the Moslem population, because beside the potential demand reason, the Islamic financial industry services is also influenced by knowledge and regulation support.This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge and regulation toward the development of the Islamic financial industry. The study uses secondary data from ICD publications in 2013-2019 period for 41 countries. The data were analyzed using the panel data regression and moderating variables, where knowledge has been estimated as a moderating variable for the regulations effect on the Islamic financial industry development. The results showed that: (1) the regulation and the level of knowledge had a positive significant effect to the Islamic finance industry development; and (2) the knowledge variable becomes the moderator between regulation and the development of the Islamic financial industry. This shows that the knowledge would encourage the strengthening of the regulatory effect on the development of Islamic finance.

This research aims to know: (1) optimization of the management of zakat maal seen from the aspect of Muzakki, roles, and mustahik on the BAZNAS city of Baubau, (2) Factors that determine the optimization of the management of zakat wealth (Maal) in the city of Baubau (3) The optimization model of zakat wealth (Maal) management in the city of Baubau. The results showed that: (1) Management of zakat wealth (maal) in the city of Baubau is not optimal (2) The factors that determine the optimal management of zakat wealth consist of: (a) supporting aspects of zakat collection and distribution, (b) constraints collection and distribution of zakat, (3) The optimization model of zakat wealth management (maal) in this study is that BAZNAS needs to collaborate with all elements starting from the government, Ministry of Religion, and Scholar so that the management of zakat wealth can be maximized both in collection and distribution efforts. establish good relations with muzakki and mustahik.

The development of Islamic finance is not related to the size of the Muslim population as a potential demand. Awareness is a crucial factor in the demand for Islamic banking services. This research investigates the effects of knowledge, regulation, and public awareness on Islamic finance development. This study considers awareness as the mediator variable of knowledge and regulation in supporting Islamic finance development. The study used secondary data published by ICD and Refinitiv, with data from 2013-2019 from 62 countries. Data were analyzed using panel data path regression. The research findings show that knowledge, regulation, and awareness significantly affect the development of the financial industry. The importance of awareness in promoting the Islamic financial industry is indicated by the positive and significant value of awareness as a mediator of knowledge and regulation. This study recommends the synergy between the government and Islamic financial education institutions in strengthening public awareness in encouraging the development of the Islamic finance industry through disseminating research results and government policies.How to Cite:Ernawati., Rosnawintang., & Nusantara, A. This study aimed to analyze the effect of managerial capacity and industry environment to performance of companies in the small industrial of teak wood furniture in Southeast Sulawesi. The research used census sampling of 143 managers or owners of the company as respondents. The analysis in this research is descriptive and qualitative. The result of the analysis showed that high managerial skills in specialized skills and moral values of trust can anticipate industrial environmental uncertainty by implementing alliances strategies to improve company performance. Specialized expertise and high moral values are essential to managerial skills in order to improve company's responsiveness to enhance company's capacity resource and cost production efficiency. Firstly, it can be more responsive to customer need, create quality in product or service, imitating product, and accelerate system to speed-up production process. Then, secondly, being efficient in cost production to formulate and implement proper competitive strategic to improve sales volume, profit and asset.It is suggested that owner and manager of small industrial in teak furniture firstly need to improve managerial skills in term of conceptual abilities, interpersonal skills, and technical skills. Then second important thing is trust, in term of moral values to make cooperation to third parties and formulating strategic to improve the performance of the firm.

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of car rental carried out by the Ode-Ode Revolution Car Rental Kendari in terms of Islamic Economics. The data analysis used in this research is inductive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the lease has been running according to Islamic law, even leasing is prescribed in Islam. However, in the implementation of leasing at Ode-Ode Rental there is a deviation made by the tenant which we can see in the risk of accidents described previously, where the tenant cannot afford the damage to the car he experienced in accordance with the rental agreement. So that there is a deviation in the practice of renting in the Revolutionary Orders of Car Rental Kendari which is not in accordance with Islamic Economics, in Islamic Economics this practice is strictly prohibited because it has harmed other people, here we can see deviations that lead to a violation of the agreement that has been agreed upon. between the two parties between the business owner (leasing) and the tenant.
