Tujuan penulis melakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatasi masalah yang terjadi pada PT. Kartu Perdana di Indonesia dalam pengimplementasian program aplikasi pengadaan barang pada PT. Kartu Perdana untuk mengolah data pembiayaan beban periklanan, agar pengolahan data dapat lebih cepat, ringkas dan untuk menjaga keakuratan data serta untuk dapat menghasilkan laporan dengan tepat waktu. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode wawancara (Interview Research). Wawancara merupakan salah satu usaha atau percobaan secara sistematis, untuk mengumpulkan informasi yang kita butuhkan dari seseorang. Tujuan dari wawancara adalah untuk memperoleh informasi yang lebih akurat dan lengkap, untuk menyusun sistem yang baru agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan sistem organisasi. Pada bab ini penulis akan menyimpulkan seluruh pokok pembahasan yang ada dalam tugas akhir agar dapat diketahui secara singkat gambaran umum tentang isi laporan ini.

<em>This research aimed to determine the effect of financial literacy on financial management behavior, the influence of financial attitudes on financial management behavior, and the influence of personality on financial management behavior in MSME actors in Gedong Village, East Jakarta, Jakarta Special Capital Region. This research is included in associative causal research. The subjects of this study were 96 wholesale and retail SMEs in a car and motorcycle repair shop in Gedong Village, East Jakarta. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Validity and reliability tests were conducted on 96 MSME respondents in Gedong Village, East Jakarta. The analysis prerequisite test includes a linearity test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. <em>The method of data analysis used in this research is multiple</em> linear regression. The results showed that financial literacy, financial attitude, and personality variables have a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior.</em>

Indonesia targets Aceh to be one of the paddy production centers and be able to carry out self-sufficient production in paddy and become a national granary. However, in reality, Aceh's paddy production in its province is not consistent from year to year. This province has not been able to meet the food needs of paddy independently, so that it supplies paddy from other regions due to the difficulty of detecting the presence of a surplus of paddy. The purpose of this research is to estimate the results of paddy production in Aceh for the future. The mathematical model that can be used is a time series model namely Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) and Exponential Smoothing. The results of the estimation of  paddy production in the next 5 years using the ARIMA (1,1,3) model are 2000616; 2017549; 1903585; 1944499; and 1929810. While the estimation results using the Winter Exponential Smoothing model are 1625925; 1645196; 1687667; 1605530; and 1555213. ARIMA model (1,1,3) produces an MSE/MAD value of , while the Winter Exponential Smoothing model produces an MSE/MAD value of . Therefore, it can be concluded that the Winter Exponential Smoothing model.

In every company, human resource plays an important role in the company growth to achieve certain goals. Having a qualified and a skillful employee will also help the company to achieve their goals easily. Employee performance could be influence by many factors, which is Work Discipline and Work Motivation. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of work discipline and work motivation towards employee performance at PT. Alamjaya Wirasentosa. The data that are going to be used in this research is conducted through an interviews and questionnaire which the employees will answer all of the questions. As the population of this study is 80 employees of PT. Alamjaya Wirasentosa. The data analysis method that are being used in this research are descriptive statistic test, analysis descriptive test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression test. The final output of this research shows that there is only one hypothesis is being accepted, which is Work Discipline has significant influence towards Employee Performance. While another hypothesis is being rejected, which is Work Motivation has no significant influence towards Employee Performance.
