Salah satu faktor penyebab kurangnya produktifitas pertanian di Indonesia adalah mayoritas petani di Indonesia masih menggantungkan pada perubahan iklim dalam pengolahan lahan pertanian. Prototype atau purwarupa yang dapat melakukan otomasi penyiraman tanaman ini diciptakan bertujuan untuk membantu petani di Indonesia dalam mengelola lahan pertanian tanpa perlu melakukan penyiraman secara manual dan melihat kondisi cuaca. Cara kerja Alat ini yaitu dengan menggunakan Arduino sebagai otak pergerakan alat dan Sensor Kelembaban Tanah untuk mengambil data dari tanaman. Kemudian data yang telah didapat oleh alat tersebut akan dikirim ke sistem monitoring berbasis website menggunakan Ethernet Shield. Hasil percobaan dan implementasi dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa prototype atau purwarupa ini dapat bekerja sesuai fungsi dan tujuannya.
In medicine, knowing the number of blood cells is very important because many diseases are caused by a number of blood cells that are outside the normal condition. Blood cells can be calculated in the conventional way, but if the blood cells are counted quite a lot of takes up a lot and the results may be less accurate. In this study the authors will try to count the number of normal white blood cells to determine the level of classification stage of dengue fever based on the number of white blood cells. This research applies some processes to be able to identify objects forming white blood cells which are leukocytes and platelets. Different template image and different processes are required in order to detect the position and the calculation of the number of objects in an image. Reverse image is in the process of look up table method to detect leukocytes, while the color conversion is a process that is applied to detect platelets.
A domestic cat, named London, 1 year old, and female. Condition with red swollen eyes and white and watery membranes. The cat's right eyeball is covered with a white layer. The eyelids are swollen, red, and sticking out, making it difficult for the cat to open her eyes. The eyes emit a greenish-yellow discharge. Based on the blood examination, she had anemia caused by vitamin B12 deficiency. The action taken to treat this case is bulbar enucleation surgery using the Trans-Palpebrae (Closed) technique. Postoperative systemic therapy was given by giving Cefotaxime injection and Tolfedin injection, while for oral therapy using a combination of drugs: Amoxicillin, Cyproheptadine, Caviplex
In this study, a comparison of the attenuation value of single mode aerial cable with pigtail is made. Perform several types of connections using a 4 cm and 6 cm protection sleeve, with one and two connections and use a barrel adapter connector. How does the connection affect the installation of a 1:2 passive splitter device. The measuring instruments used for the measurement process are Optical Power Meter (OPM) and Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR). The attenuation value of aerial single mode optical cable is smaller than that of pigtail cable. The measurement results using OPM at a wavelength of 1310 nm, connection using a 4 cm protection sleeve, one connection, the attenuation value is 0.18525dB, this value is smaller than the pigtail cable, which is 1.2728 dB. In the installation of a passive splitter, the attenuation value on the aerial cable is smaller, namely 0.2081 dB compared to the pigtail cable, which is 4.3281. The measurement results using the OTDR obtained the connection loss value for the connection type using a 6 cm protection sleeve, one connection is smaller with a value of 0.155 dB, compared to the connection type using an adapter barrel with a value of 12,216 dB.
This study aims to develop a prototype system of control and monitoring of temperature, humidity and light automatic room with fuzzy logic-based Arduino Uno Rev. 3. The prototype built will be able to perform the function of monitoring the temperature of the room, light and moisture. This function can be accessed through the web pages and the internet, simultaneously displayed on the outdoor walls of the data center with 20x2 LCD size.
