At present, the coffee shop business continues to experience rapid development. The need for coffee changes the lifestyle of a consumer. The main objective of this research is to determine the direct and indirect effect of lifestyle variables and product attributes on purchasing decisions through brand image. This research was conducted at Keude Kupie Ulee Kareng & Gayo II in Medan City. The main target population and sample in this study were the loyal visitors at Keude Kupie Ulee Kareng & Gayo II. Where 175 respondents were selected to be the research sample. The results of the analysis show that the lifestyle and product attributes directly have a significant effect on brand image. Then, indirectly, lifestyle has an indirect effect on purchasing decisions through brand image. Product attributes have an indirect effect on purchasing decisions through brand image.

Pendidikan terkait dengan kemampuan dalam memandang persoalan ,masalah dapat di selesaikan dengan baik jika kemampuan memahami permasalahan benar, dan dengan pendidkan seyogyanya masalah dapat di analisa dan di temukan solusi , Banyak permasalahan sosial timbul di tengah masyarakat yang di sebabkan kurang baik nya system pendidikan kita seperti keributan karena ketidak fahaman dalam pembagian warisan dan pernikahan dini di anggap hal yang wajar di tengah masyarakat namun berimplikasi panjang terhadap masa depan generasi kita
The use of digital media, which is currently a necessity for almost all human activities, creates many positive things that are useful for humans but also creates various negative consequences such as fraud, disturbed privacy and incorrect information (hoaxes) which are considered a serious problem in the digital era. . This indicates the low digital literacy of the community. The problems that arise are the large number of Internet users and the high frequency of people accessing information content and social media, especially among students and the millennial generation not accompanied by sufficient skills and knowledge which can result in losses for users, the rise of emerging online shopping applications is currently a phenomenon that changes the pattern of transactions from those that used to be offline now can be done by shopping, but this change in pattern has consequences for the seller and buyers in the form of losses and fraud that might occur if users of this application do not properly understand the ins and outs of it. This community service uses training and counseling methods as well as practices on how to use digital media as a way to shop online for students (students) so they can understand and be wise in utilizing digital media through increasing understanding of digital literacy with digital skills, digital culture, digital ethics, and digital safety
The focus of the main objective of this study is to determine the effect of product attributes and brand awareness on consumer purchasing decisions at PT. Indah Sakti Motorindo. This type of research is quantitative research. The population is consumers at PT. Indah Sakti Motorindo, totaling 129 people, of which 72 people were sampled with random sampling technique. The results showed that partially both product attribute variables and brand awareness had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The most dominant variable in influencing purchasing decisions is the brand awareness variable.
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect both partially andsimultaneously to determine and analyze the effect of the work environment and workload on jobsatisfaction of PT Mahkota Group employees. The population in this study were all employees ofPT Mahkota Group, totaling 105 employees. The sampling technique used was purposivesampling. Where a sample of 51 employees was selected to be used as research samples. The datacollection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The analysis technique used in thisstudy is multiple regression, classical assumptions, hypothesis testing, and coefficient ofdetermination. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant and positive effect ofwork environment variables on employee job satisfaction variables at PT Mahkota Group. There isa significant and negative effect of workload variables on employee job satisfaction variables atthe PT Mahkota Group company and there is a significant and simultaneous influence on workenvironment and workload variables on employee job satisfaction at PT Mahkota Groupcompanies. The coefficient of determination R Square is 0.615 or 61.5% where the workenvironment and workload can explain in this study while the remaining 38.5% are other variablesnot examined by this study.
