The effects of the AC electric field treatment on the interfacial shear strength of mendong fiber-reinforced epoxy composites were investigated. For this purpose, the epoxy (DGEBA) with a cycloaliphatic amine curing agent was treated by the AC electric field during the curing process. The heat generated during the epoxy polymerization process was monitored. Structure of the epoxy was studied by X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and Scanning Electron Microscope, respectively. The interfacial shear strength (IFSS) was also measured using a single fiber pull-out test. XRD analyzes indicated that the treatment of AC electric fields was able to form a crystalline phase of epoxy. IFSS of the mendong fiber-reinforced epoxy composites was optimum increased by 38% in the AC electric fields treatment of 750 V/cm.
Bureaucracy services in Indonesia haven’t given satisfaction to the society. One of services that always complained is about queue problem. Queue system that isn’t optimal will give society’s dissatisfaction. Among bureaucracy systems that need to get concern is queue at PolsekPamulang-Kota Tangerang Selatan especially at SKCK service. So that, it is needed to be done a research to analyze and testing queue system modeling which has been applied by PolsekPamulang for SKCK service, analyze the effectiveness of the queue system performance of PolsekPamulang, and to determine the optimal number of services (counters)that should be used by PolsekPamulang. Method of research was done by queue theory approach. The research findings showed that queue of SKCK services at PolsekPamulang based on steady state calculation wasn’t effective.Because the steady state value still far from one number. The total of counter (a unit only) for SKCK service is still optimal, because of waiting time (queue) is still low. The length of queue on the system isn’t because of the large number of applicants, but it’s more focus on service standard to verify the document that needs more than 30 minutes for each document.
This study aims to determine whether the ability of teachers to create learning tools can beimproved through mentoring in SMP Negeri 2 Pasir Limau Kapas. The focus of this researchrelates to the ability of teachers to create learning tools can be improved through mentoringin SMP Negeri 2 Pasir Limau Kapas. This research is a classroom action research conductedin SMP Negeri 2 Pasir Limau Kapas. The research process is running in the supervision andmentoring principals. This is because this assistance is supporting the principal duty todetermine the ability of teachers to create learning tools can be improved through mentoringin SMP Negeri 2 Pasir Limau Kapas. This study was conducted by two cycles and time of thisstudy is one month. The results of this study revealed that the companion activity to improvethe ability of teachers to create learning tools has increased in each cycle. This statement issupported by the data obtained in the research which states that in the first cycle of 78.9% inboth categories and the second cycle increased to 87.8% in both categories.
Apotek merupakan suatu sarana untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian dan penyaluran perbekalan farmasi kepada masyarakat umum. Salah satu indikator untuk mengetahui mutu pelayanan kesehatan adalah pengukuran kepuasan pengguna jasa kesehatan. Kepuasan merupakan tingkat perasaan seseorang dengan membandingkan antara kinerja atau hasil yang dirasakan dengan harapan. Mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan farmasi di Apotek Selakau Farma.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan kuisioner kepuasan meliputi realibility (kehandalan), responsiveness (ketanggapan), assurance (Jaminan), empathy (empati), tangibles (dimensi berwujud). Hasil kuesioner di ukur menggunakan skala Likert. Subyek penelitian adalah pasien yang berkunjung ke Apotek Selakau dalam periode 1 bulan. Jumlah subyek penelitian ditentukan dengan rumus Slovin. Data di analisis secara deskriptif pada tiap variabel berdasarkan persentase responden yang menyatakan puas.
Berdasarkan penilaian Analisis secara keseluruhan menyatakan pasien yang berkunjung ke apotek Selakau Farma merasa puas terhadapat pelayanan kefarmasian yang diberikan. Pernyataan ini ditunjukkan dari tingkat keseluruhan indikator memiliki nilai >90% yaitu dari dimensi kehandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan, empati dan fasilitas berwujud.
