AbstrakKemandirian peralatan utama sistem persenjataan (alutsista) pertahanan dan keamanan (hankam) dalam menghadapi kemungkinan darurat perang akibat diembargo mutlak dilakukan, termasuk dalam bahan pelat munisi buatan dalam negeri untuk munisi kaliber kecil 5,56 mm khususnya tipe kode Pindad MU 5TJ sebagai peluru yang paling banyak digunakan di pasukan TNI, satu paket dengan senjata senapan serbu SS1. Percobaan dilakukan terhadap pelat kuningan munisi kaliber 5,56 mm mengikuti persyaratan standar perusahaan yang mengacu pada standar NATO SS 109. Bahan baku: Kawat tembaga super, Zinc Ingot SHG, Nikel Screen, Posphor copper, dan pelat Alumunium. Peleburan tanpa Al sebanyak 80 kg (4 Slab), dan peleburan + Al sebanyak 160 Kg (7 Slab). Hasil karakterisasi uji coba pembuatan pelat kuningan (Cu-Zn 70-30) -Komposisi kimia slab: kandungan kimia Cu masih dalam rentang standar Perusahaan, demikian pula unsur Pb, Fe, Ni, P, Sb, dan Sn masih berada di bawah ambang batas standar perusahaan. Percobaan lain yang dilakukan adalah uji pengerolan, pengamatan metalografi (mikro-struktur) pelat kuningan, pengujian kekerasan pelat kuningan, dan pengujian anil pelat kuningan yang kesemuanya secara umum telah memenuhi persyaratan standar perusahaan yang mengacu pada standar NATO SS 109. Biaya produksi pelat kuningan per kg= Rp 55,838.000/160 kg= Rp 348,987.5, atau Biaya produksi pelat kuningan per lembar= Rp 55,838.000/11 lembar= Rp 5,076,181.8 yang tentunya akan lebih rendah harga dibanding produk impor, karena tidak termasuk biaya transpor dan asuransi dari luar negeri. Political practice of students in the 2019 simultaneous elections formed by mobilization carried out by candidates for legislative members from various electoral districts together with the winning team and from the party's elite forms a stimulus so that student political participation is deliberately formed according to the political wishes of the legislative members who carry out mobilization. Qualitative research is aimed at describing and analyzing phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions and human thoughts individually or in groups. The results showed that the students' political practice in the 2019 simultaneous elections formed by the mobilization carried out by legislative candidates from various electoral districts together with the winning teams and from the party's elite formed a stimulus so that student political participation was formed in accordance with the political desires of legislative members who mobilize. Mobilization results in political participation arising from students no longer based on conscience.
The history of Christianity in Minahasa is closely related to colonialism. But colonialism not only affects the socio-political side of Minahasa society, but also the education system and schools. The history of Minahasa education is closely related to the activities of the Dutch Missionary Union or Nederlandsch Zendeling Genootschap (NZG). The implementation of educational programs, systems, and practices in Minahasa were carried out and pioneered by NZG, especially in the era of 1830 - 1918. Furthermore, we can see how Western-style education and NZG support intersect with various political dynamics in Dutch East Indies. Through historical research, this article examines the relationship between Western-style education and political dynamics of the Dutch East Indies in Minahasa society. This article offers an explanation and reflection in particular on mission education in Minahasa in relation to colonialism, the Western-style education system, the contribution of education, to the impact of education on the Minahasa community.Sejarah kekristenan di Minahasa berkelindan dengan kolonialisme. Tetapi kolonialisme bukan hanya mempengaruhi perkara sosial politik dalam masyarakat Minahasa, tetapi juga sistem pendidikan dan sekolah-sekolah yang terdapat di Minahasa. Sejarah pendidikan Minahasa begitu lekat kaitannya dengan kegiatan Serikat Misionaris Belanda atau Nederlandsch Zendeling Genootschap (NZG). Pelaksanaan program, sistem, dan praktik pendidikan yang di Minahasa banyak dilakukan dan dirintis oleh NZG, terutama dalam era 1830 - 1918. Lebih jauh lagi, NZG juga menjadi penyokong pendidikan ala Barat di Minahasa dengan menyediakan berbagai sarana hingga sumbangan pendidikan. Sehingga kita bisa melihat bagaimana pendidikan ala Barat dan dukungan NZG beririsan dengan berbagai dinamika politik Hindia Belanda. Melalui penelitian sejarah, artikel ini mengkaji relasi pendidikan ala Barat dengan dinamika politik Hindia Belanda dalam masyarakat Minahasa. Artikel ini menawarkan eksplanasi dan refleksi khususnya mengenai pendidikan misi di Minahasa dalam relasinya dengan kolonialisme, sistem pendidikan ala Barat, sumbangan pendidikan, hingga pengaruh pendidikan tersebut bagi masyarakat Minahasa.
This research was conducted to determine the effect of rewards and organizational climate on the performance of employees of PT Tasma Puja Kampar. The population in this study were employees at PT Tasma Puja Kampar, amounting to 110 people. The sample uses the slovin formula with the limit used is 5% so that the research sample is 87 employees. The data collection technique that the author uses is a questionnaire. Furthermore, the authors analyze the data using analytical and quantitative methods, the results of the study will be analyzed using multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 20.00 computer program. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that awards and organizational climate have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Tasma Puja Kampar, with a positive regression coefficient, meaning that if rewards increase and organizational climate increases, performance will increase. Based on the calculation results show the value of R2 (coefficient of determination) or Adjusted R Square of 0.536 or 53.6%. This means that the independent variables, namely rewards and organizational climate, have a contribution of 53.6% to the dependent variable, namely performance. while the remaining 46.4% can be used by other researchers for the perfection of this study.
