The internalization of Pancasila is carried out from an early age. This is related to the problems in the community of the fading of the noble values of the Indonesian state's guidelines for life. The final goal of this study was to find the methods used by Teachers in instilling Pancasila values in early childhood in kindergarten. Qualitative research methods are used to achieve this goal by making kindergarten teachers as informants determined through purposive techniques and Snowball sampling. Data was collected by placing researchers as the primary "tool" supported by interviewing, observation, and documentation techniques. The netted data was analyzed with miles and Huberman's qualitative data analysis techniques. The results concluded that kindergarten teachers' level of knowledge and understanding about the types of learning methods in early childhood is quite good. Methods of planting Pancasila values used in some kindergartens in West Gunungsitoli Subdistrict include playing, telling stories, singing, conversing, demonstrations, role-playing, habituation methods, and tourism.
Globalisasi merupakan era yang memasuki ruang lingkup dunia, dan mempengaruhi semua aspek kehidupan termasuk pola pikir dan perilaku sosial siswa. Budaya asing sangat mempengaruhi perilaku sosial siswa, terbukti semakin memudarnya nilai-nilai budaya lokal. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui data tentang pengaruh globalisasi terhadap perilaku sosial siswa, menghitung besarnya keterkaitan globalisasi atas perilaku sosial siswa, mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh globalisasi terhadap perilaku sosial siswa di kelas X SMK Negeri 3 Alasa Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Metode yang dipakai yakni metode deskriptif melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dan untuk instrumen menggunakan angket tertutup dengan soal angket globalisasi dan soal angket perilaku sosial siswa. Hasil pengolahan angket pengaruh globalisasi sebesar 80,29 % dengan kategori baik, hasil angket perilaku sosial siswa sebesar 79,55 % dengan kategori baik. Dari hasil pengolahan data dapat dinyatakan bahwa ternyata globalisasi dengan perilaku sosial siswa memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan kategori tinggi, responden siswa SMK Negeri 3 Alasa.
This study aims to determine the role of teachers in increasing the social interaction of children with special needs in SLB Negeri Gunungsitoli. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The technique of determining the research subject is by using a purposive sampling technique. The research informants comprised 2 people, namely the Principal of the Gunungsitoli State SLB and 1 Gunungsitoli State SLB teacher. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification and confirmation of conclusions. This study uses the triangulation method to obtain a technique for measuring the validity of the data. It was concluded that the Gunungsitoli State Special School (SLB) presence was very meaningful, especially for Children with Special Needs (ABK), especially regarding social interaction with peers in their learning environment and the community. Teachers must carry out persuasive strategies, and spiritual and humanist approaches, both between teachers and students and between students. Social interaction between students can be well established, active communication is established, and the creation of a spiritual relationship that continues to grow and develop.
