The results show that in terms of CSR the main company's stakeholders are consumers, employees, suppliers, distributors, public administration, non-profit organizations, collaborating companies, media, local community and society in general. In regard to the subject of stakeholder classification, unlike what was detected in the literature review, they are classified among beneficiaries, those to whom the CSR actions are addressed to (consumers, employees, suppliers, local community and society in general) and partners, those who collaborate in CSR actions execution, so that a win-win relationship is generated between them and the company (non-profit organizations, collaborating companies, public administration, distributors and media).

Tratamos de analizar cómo la empresa United Biscuits fue capaz de preveer la crisis y qué papel jugó la comunicación en su gestión.
