Sports events are now a big concern for management and sports tourism and have become a big business opportunity that has an impact on the economy, especially for countries that host the event. The Asian Games is one of the biggest sports events in Asia that are held every four years. Indonesia is the country chosen to host the 18th Asian Games which was announced on July 25, 2014. The purpose of this study is to analyze LQ-45 stock whether after Indonesia was announced to host the 18th Asian Games there was a market overreaction and was followed by the emergence of price reversals. The final sample of the study was 32 companies. Results showed the presence of market overreaction symptoms in the winner and loser portfolios in the period after the announcement. There has been a market overreaction in the winner and loser portfolios due to the announcement of Indonesia's determination to host the 18th Asian Games. Price reversal occurs in loser portfolios and does not occur in portfolio winners due to the announcement of Indonesia's determination to host the 18th Asian Games.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan rasio keuangan dalam memprediksi kondisi financial distress pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI dengan menggunakan rasio CAR, NPL, BOPO, ROA, ROE, dan LDR. Tehnik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling dengan kreteria perusahaan yang berpotensi mengalami financial distress ditandai dengan perusahaan yang mengalami laba bersih negatif minimal selama dua tahun berturut-turut dan yang tidak. Metode analisis dengan regresi logistik dengan pooling data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa NPL dapat memprediksi kondisi financial distress perusahaan perbankan, sedangkan CAR, BOPO, ROA, ROE, LDR tidak dapat memprediksi kondisi financial distress perusahaan perbankan.
The growth of mudharabah deposits is the level of deposit of funds by Islamic bankcustomers (creditors) for a certain period of time using the profit sharing principle. This studywill empirically examine the effect of profit sharing, financing to deposit ratio (FDR), netperforming loan (NPF), and bank size as independent variables (X) on the growth ofmudharabah deposits at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. 2016-2019 years. Thepopulation used in this thesis research is the entire population of Islamic Commercial Banks(BUS) in Indonesia and registered with the Financial Services Authority. The sample in thisstudy was all Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia, which amounted to 14 BUS in 2016-2019 with sensus method. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptivestatistical method with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study that theprofit sharing ratio (TBH) has no significant effect , The liquidity ratio (FDR) has asignificant effect , The NPF ratio has no significant effect and The bank size ratio (SIZE) hasa significant effect on the variable growth of mudharabah deposits (Y) at Islamic CommercialBanks in Indonesia.
This study aims to determine and analyze whether work life balance and self-efficacy affect employee performance with employee engagement as an intervening variable at the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises, Jember Regency. The design of this research is explanatory research. The total population in this study is 52 employees with the sample used is a saturated sample where the total population will be the sample. The data analysis method in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this study indicate that: work life balance and self-efficacy affects employee engagement, work life balance and self-efficacy affects employee performance, employee engagement affects the performance of the employees.

Islamic financial literacy is important for individuals, especially Muslims, to be used as considerations in making financial decisions and making financial planning in accordance with Islamic Sharia. Good knowledge and skills in managing individual finances is needed to be able to make personal financial planning. Education on financial management is needed to increase understanding of personal financial management.
