Unenhanced MR imaging techniques showed high accuracy in the preoperative evaluation of axillary status in patients with invasive breast cancer. Results indicate reliable and reproducible assessment with DW imaging, but it is unlikely to be useful in clinical practice.

Granular cell tumours (GCTs) are uncommon, usually benign neoplasms that can mimic malignancy on breast imaging. GCTs can originate anywhere in the body but are most frequently found in the head and neck area, particularly in the oral cavity. When occurring in the breast, as occurs in 5-8% of all cases of GCT, the clinical presentation is similar to that of a primary breast carcinoma. We report a case of granular cell tumour of the breast presenting as a suspicious lesion on breast imaging, and review the MRI features of GCTs.

Reports generated with ASR are associated with higher error rates than reports generated with conventional dictation transcription. The imaging modality used is a predictor of the occurrence of reporting errors. Conversely, native language and academic rank of the speaker do not have a significant influence on error rate.
