In recent years, using technology is very important in learning activities, so everyone must be able to use technology wisely. This study describes the potential impact of project-based e-learning on the academic achievement of fourth-semester students in curriculum development courses. This type of research is quantitative, using an experimental research design. The methods used to collect data are observation and tests. The instruments used in collecting data are observation sheets and test questions. The research subjects were 30 students. The data obtained were initially planned to be analyzed using the correlational sample t-test analysis technique. However, because the research data were not normally distributed, the research data were finally analyzed using non-parametric statistical analysis. The results of the data analysis show that first, there are no students whose posttest scores are lower than the pretest scores. Second, there were 23 students whose scores increased from the pretest to the posttest. Third, 6 students experienced identical scores from the pretest to the posttest. It was concluded that there were significant differences in student academic achievement in curriculum development courses before and after implementing project-based e-learning.
Abstrak Suatu perusahaan tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan masyarakat sebagai lingkungan eksternalnya. Eksistensi perusahaan bergantung dari hubungan timbal balik antara perusahaan dengan masyarakat. Perusahaan dan masyarakat adalah pasangan hidup yang saling memberi dan membutuhkan. Kontribusi dan harmonisasi keduanya akan menentukan keberhasilan pembangunan bangsa. Adanya keselarasan antara keuntungan yang diperoleh perusahaan dengan pemberian kontribusi secara langsung kepada masyarakat dan lingkungannya merupakan mekanisme check & balances antara pihak perusahaan dengan masyarakat. Dengan kata lain Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) juga dipandang sebagai tolok ukur untuk reputasi suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi serta persepsi masyarakat Desa Munduk terhadap Corporate Social Responsibilty. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara terstruktur, kuesioner, dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik penentuan informan adalah purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 98 responden dengan teknik penentuan sampel digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang ditunjang dengan skala likert. Program CSR yang dilakukan oleh Puri Lumbung Cottages yaitu kepada masyarakat sekitar Desa Munduk sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Program CSR berupa program kelas menari, kursus massage, cooking class, perpustakaan desa, konservasi air, pembagian bibit kopi, serta natural and conservation activity. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat terhadap implementasi CSR Puri Lumbung Cottages berdasarkan kuesioner yang disebarkan ke 98 responden masyarakat Desa Munduk mendapatkan skor penilaian akhir dengan rata-rata skor penilaian 3 dengan kategori sikap “baik”. The research is located at Peliatan Village Ubud Bali. The purpose of this research is 1) to identify the potential of natural tourism at Peliatan Village Ubud, 2) to examine contribution of the development of natural tourism to the local community's economy at Peliatan Village Ubud, 3) to formulate the natural tourism development model at Peliatan Village Ubud. The results showed that the potentials of natual tourism at Peliatan Village are a natural panorama, river, springs, rice fields, flora and fauna. Natural tourism activities that can be developed are tracking, cycling, rural tourism, outbound tours, camping tours, natural education tours, flora and fauna observation tours. The contribution of natural tourism to the local community economy is to directly open new jobs for the community, such as tour guides, ticket guards, parking attendants, Balinese food and beverages sellers, business men on food stalls / restaurants, lodging, making souvenirs, Balinese food, making camping, other outbound activities. It is directly improving the ability of the community to save, sending children to a higher level education. It indirectly could increase income of local community, attract investors to build hotels and inns. Natural tourism development model at Peliatan Village is a SO Strategy: developing new tourist attraction, cooperating with Balinese investors from outside the area to develop natural tourism attraction, penetrating foreign tourist market on special interest in nature, developing potential market of foreign tourists being interested in natural tourism, establishing cooperation with travel agent / wholesaler of special interest tourist market, developing tourism event, and developing micro business. WO Strategy: improving the quality of the natural environment by maintaining the cleanliness of the natural environment, training natural tourist guides, providing broader and more interesting natural tourism information, designing exciting natural tourism packages, developing private-community partnerships, providing and mapping potential diversity data at tourist destination. Strategy ST: reforestating, controlling erosion, analyzing the influence of the behavior of number of tourist, waste generated, developing plans, protecting regional agreement, cooperating with tourism actors and stakeholders, ensuring the security of Peliatan Village. WT Strategy: counseling, formulating, and implementing Code of Conduct (COC) product of marketed natural attraction, strengthening organization or association of entrepreneurs and tourism professionals, establishing and / or strengthening of organization of village organization to prevent environmental degradation, coaching community on green tourism, and doing research on natural tourism and its impact on local communities. Abstract On the site for online review there are some elements that are often read, namely information about the object sought, products presented in the form of reviews, photos, places and facilities downloaded on the page which will influence the decision to stay at a hotel. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of an online review market (general information, reviews, photos, location, and facilities) on the booking.com site on travelers' decisions to stay at De Vins Sky Hotel, Seminyak. To find out the most significant variable influencing tourist decisions to stay at De Vins Sky Hotel, Seminyak. The way to collect data is through observation, questionnaires and literature study. The research method used in this research is Descriptive Statistical Analysis with Likert scale calculation, and Inferential Statistical Analysis consisting of correlation analysis, Multiple Linear Analysis, Simultaneous Analysis (F Test), Partial Analysis (T test), Determination Analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence from the Online Review on Booking.com on travelers' decision to stay at De Vins Sky Hotel with an F value of 19.667> F table (3.94) and sig. 0,000 <0.05, which means that the effect simultaneously so if the X variable (Online Review) increases or influences in one unit, then the variable Y (Decision Overnight) will increase or be fulfilled. The conclusion in outline is that online review has a positive and significant effect on travelers' decision to stay at De Vins Sky hotel with the most significant sub-variable facilities.
